I hope you are all well. Today I am participating in the "Importance Of Adequate Sleeps" contest organized by @suboohi. This is a really timely topic to talk about. Because today many people have many problems related to sleep.
How much adequate amount of sleep is beneficial for good health.
There is a saying that health is the greatest wealth. So to stay healthy, you should get good food, exercise and good sleep. Today, many people are deprived of sleep due to the work of their daily lives. Some people sleep only three or four hours a day. So is that enough..? No. Everyone should definitely sleep 6 or 7 hours a day. Those 6 or 7 hours should not be obtained occasionally, but continuously.
We have also seen that newborn babies sleep for a long time. So, a newborn baby should actually sleep for more than 14 hours a day. That is when the baby's development and physical activity are good. Sometimes it is a big problem for parents that they do not sleep. Just like babies, adults over 65 years of age also need about 8 hours of sleep. Because the body weakens with age, it is necessary to rest a lot at that age.
Problems that may cause by lack of sleep.
• Many people today do not get enough sleep due to their jobs or other reasons. Therefore, lack of sleep can lead to various physical and mental disorders.
• For me, the main problem when I don't get enough sleep is headaches and dizziness. My eyes also start to hurt.
• Also, not getting enough sleep can lead to mental illnesses such as short-term memory loss, depression, and stress. Some children are used to studying without sleeping. However, when they don't get enough sleep, their ability to remember even what they study decreases.
• People who work in jobs that involve skill tasks, such as driving and carpentry, definitely need to get enough sleep, or it could even put their lives at risk.
• In addition, the body's immunity may be weakened, making it more susceptible to bacterial or viral infections.

Both lack of sleep and excessive sleep are causes of various diseases. Some people are very lazy and are used to sleeping for a long time during the day. Such people have various diseases. The various diseases that occur in this way can be described as follows.
• Weight gain beyond what one should be.
• Causes excessive heart disease and abdominal congestion.
• Unnecessary daytime sleepiness reduces body energy.
• It can cause conditions such as memory loss and depression.
• Excessive sleep will also cause a decrease in life expectancy.
