A healthy lifestyle really requires a good diet, daily exercise, drinking plenty of water, and getting about 7 hours of good sleep. It seems that many people in today's society are suffering from various diseases. In this regard, most of them are young people. Young people are more sick than old people these days. The main reason for that is the wrong practices we follow. This has adverse effects on our physical health.
Anyone who asks has some kind of illness. Headaches, backaches, arm pain, anyone has some kind of illness. Also, many people now have cancer. Now cancer is like a cold or a flu. It is so widespread. In my opinion, the main reason for that is the food we eat, smoking and drug use. So we should stay away from these bad habits.
I believe when we were young it is something we do not think much about fitness for our body and often what our parents tell us we take it like they are just teaching. But later one we realise how much truth in such words :)
