Asimismo es... La caminata ya es un hábito que realizo de manera regular y, aunque su fin es netamente deportivo, de igual manera disfruto mucho los otros beneficios que me aporta y, cuando es la ocasión de recomendarla, sin duda alguna lo hago jajaja.
