Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing good and great today. I'm here for this wonderful contest about Hair Health brought by @khursheedanwar.

The health of one's hair depends on how one cares for their scalp, the diet they give to the hair and how they avoid damage of the hair.

For diet, eating a balanced diet food that contains vitamin C, vitamin E, berries, avocados, eggs can aid good growth of the hair. For scalp care, shampoo is good to remove impurities and dirt from the hair. To avoid dahe, use the right tools to brush the hair.

Share your routine when and how you take care of your hair health.

I hardly wash my hair, but the routine I have for my hair is to always wash it atleast twice in a month. That could be due to the fact that my hair is always made. I could be on weaving(cornrow) or braiding.

After sometime, I like to retouch my hair, use relaxer and make the new grown fill all out. The relaxer I use is Olive oil because it soothes my scalp. Then, when it's time to rinse it off, I use conditioner and shampoo to wash off all the relaxer, impurities and dirt from the hair.

Then the hair is towelled to get an amount of water off before it's being blow dried with hand dryer to dry off completely. Then, oil is added to the scalp and hair and dried too.

If I don't plan on making braids or ghanaweaving soon. I simply make cornrow and use it for some days before deciding on which style of hair to make.

This cornrow makes my face so beautiful and I always get lots of compliments.

I invite @josepha, @zory23 and @pandora2010 to join this contest.
