Stress is inevitable in humans, sometimes we see ourselves working, busy and not finding time for ourselves, it is normal to feel some aorta of stress and this is most usually felt after all work has been done, sometimes in the middle of another work we find out that we could continue anymore and feel like relaxing, that's a feeling of tiredness/stress, my mum tends to snore when she is stressed out and I tend to sleep leaving an interesting movie if I am stressed out. Stress is always felt and we need to subside its effects on us by sleeping and giving ourselves some rest.
Do you think that stress leads to any health problems
Stress leads to a lot of problems, even death. The human body is not a machine nor is any human a superhuman. Stress can trigger diseases in our system, and stress can bring about headaches. I hear a good number of people complaining about waist pain. Yes, things like this are caused by stress, stress can lead to loss of memory or should I say a forgetful attitude. Some who overwork themselves tend to die before their time.
Do you live a stress-free work or dialy life? Explain
As a university student, every day is always stressful moving from one class to another, we don't learn in one class we move from one class to another and the distance between the classes could be 300 meters apart, some could even be 600 meters apart. Leading a stress-free life could have been possible but the circumstances surrounding it don't permit.
What activity do you do to keep yourself worry-free or stress-free?
Sleeping, of course, is the major thing that keeps me free from stress, another is going to the movies to relax and have fun but this I do rarely, If I am reading I feel relaxed and able to overcome worry, going to visit a free doesn't make me overcome stress but I think it can make me overcome worrying too much about life challenges.
Explain what situation cause you stress and if you have had or experience any stressful manner.
Many situations cause stress from overworking when I am on holiday to studying very late all night, I feel a headache and become sick when I stress myself too much, sometimes when I go to get myself tested the result shows that nothing is wrong with me but within me, I felt something strange, then the doctor pieces of advice was to get some rest, food and enough sleep and I found out that I was getting better.
As I said earlier, it is okay to feel stressed out, but getting a rest and enough sleep is good for your health. In my country, civil servants are always given a break from work(leave) for some months to have time with their families, relax and then resume when the time elapses. I advise you to get a leave from work to take care of stress and then return healthy, sound and ready to add more value because it is said that health is wealth.
