Good evening everyone hope you all are going great and I hope everything is going well..I'm here once again to participate in this very exciting contest organised in this great community by @mesola.

Sickness is a deadly bad killing thing in the period of winter and it is cause by cold weather, the best way to stay safe is by adoiving the cold weather, also wear ur cold cloth and also bath with hot water and doing basic activities to ensure you stay safe during the period.

It is good in this winter season you should eat good food and also in the morning take hot tea and bread and also try and been eating hot food, this can also help you to clear the air ways off cough and other cold symptoms which can infect the body.

In this period I love doing all my excerise because they are very important in this winter season, I love playing my football and also running 🏃🏃🏃. It also warms up the body and open up for a better circulation of blood, it burns body fat, also reduce body sugar.

Excerise is good on this winter season..
During the winter the cold and heavy hamartan breeze is obtainable in our country most especially, therefore the eye is at risk of getting contaminated with dust. Therefore, I suggest good glasses it protects the eye from dust during the season.

Hot or Warm Tea
The weather comes with cold, therefore warm or hot tea should be taken more often to prevent cough flu from affecting the individual during the winter season. The winter causes these flu to infest the lungs thus causing cough, the tea solves the problem this season.

The winter comes with alot of festival as we all know, people eat assorted delicacies, consuming different kinds food, tasteless or non tasteless, therefore it's important to add vegetables to your food, such as bitter leaves, pumpkin leaves, hot leaves and many more.....

Clothes with thick mass are needed to prevent cold from entering the body. It is not easy to move in the cold therefore it requires great dressing like jacket...

The cold weather triggers cough and this could be a deadly to the body, untested cough could get to pnemonia or in extreme cases asthma. This happens as a result of cold.

Therefore the solution is staying safe from cold, and we do that by covering our body well during the winter.

Yes you are right exercise ( work out in Gym ) is very important in winter seasons it make you fit and warm
