- Health is the most important dimension of our life. Health affects our quality of life. Good health does not just mean not being sick, rather good health includes different aspects which make our life successful. For a healthy life, we need a balanced diet and regular exercise. For good health, we should get enough sleep and keep cleanliness around us.
- Health is the foundation pillar of human society. Health is a condition in which a person is physically, mentally, and socially healthy. The word health is derived from the word healthy which reflects the characteristic of our being healthy. If our health is good then we can achieve everything in life. Health is the good and efficient condition of the body.
WHAT MAKES UP GOOD HEALTH? |

EXERCISE REGULARLY |

- One should exercise to maintain good health. Exercising strengthens all the body parts and gives strength to fight diseases. Exercising makes a person energetic and stress-free. To maintain good health, one should do regular exercise. Waking up early in the morning and exercising is very beneficial for the body. If a person does not exercise then he should develop the habit of exercising.
EAT A BALANCED DIET |

- We should consume more vegetables in a balanced diet. We can eat vegetables in any way, by boiling them or frying them in oil. We should eat healthy food to improve our health. In our busy lives, we cannot eat home-cooked food, but to keep ourselves healthy, we should eat home-cooked food and avoid outside food. Home-cooked food is healthy, clean, and safe for our health. Which protects us from many diseases. We should consume more green vegetables, fish, eggs, fruits, and milk in our diet. By eating all these foods we can avoid many diseases. Therefore, we should eat a balanced diet to maintain our health.
ONE SHOULD DRINK ENOUGH WATER |

- To maintain good health we should drink more water. Water helps in removing dirt from our bodies. Drinking water keeps our digestion process good. Water controls the temperature of our body. Drinking water is very important for our health. Drinking water has many benefits for our health.
SHOULD GET ENOUGH SLEEP |

- Sleep is very important for our good health. If we do not sleep, our health also deteriorates. Due to lack of sleep, we also suffer from headaches. So that we can sleep well, we should take a bath with warm water before sleeping. By doing this we will get rest and will also get good sleep. We don't have to sleep immediately after having dinner. In between we have to keep a little distance. Many people sleep well in the dark, so they should switch off the lights in their room and go to sleep.

- For our good health, we should be happy. Because by being happy we forget our tension and good things keep going on in our minds. We become stress-free. By being happy our body also remains good.
WHAT'S YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE PHRASE "HEALTH IS WEALTH"? |

- “Health is wealth” means that our good health is our wealth. Our body remains with us in all our circumstances. If our health is good then we can face all the bad situations in our life. Good health promotes our physical, mental, and social health. We have to improve our health to be happy in every way and to do all the work ourselves. If our health is good then we can earn money by working hard.
- Good health gives us the ability to work for a long time without getting tired. To earn money in our life we have to do many things throughout the day. Our health should be good even to earn money. To maintain our health, we need a healthy environment, air, and water. Therefore, I completely agree with the saying that health is our real wealth. If our health is good then we will be able to earn money.
