This Hest season is not easy at all. Honestly speaking, I am going through a lot of distress during this heat season because the weather is very hot, and it is not good for my body at all. This is the first time that I have experienced heat rashes on my body, and I am happy to share my view in this contest organised by @khursheedanwar.
Heat rashes are a skin condition usually caused by trapped sweat beneath the skin and blocked sweat ducts, and the rash is common during hot weather.
This is a common reaction that occurs on our body when the wether is hot and it it sometimes react on specific people due to their skin types and my skin hardly get heat rashes except for this season because it came in a chronic way.
The main cause of heat rashes is hot weather and when we sweat too much without us taking our bath properly, sometimes we play and sweat and instead of us to go and take our bath we will not, and when the sweat dry it might result to heat rashes.
The kind of treatment to give to a person suffering from heat rashes is as follows:
Taking your bath at least 3 times in a day and also trying to stay in a cool environment this way your body will be refreshed and the heat rashes will gradually disappear.
Also, by applying dusting powder on the affected area, and also using meditated soap to bath and after bathing, you can also apply it on the affected areas.
Some people don't treat it because they believe it is natural the only thing they do. I'd always stay away from unnecessary things that will make them sweat, and they always take their bath regularly.
Yes, on some certain issues, heat rashes can make you stay in your bed for a while without going out.
Some people it react on their body quickly, and it make them to be lazy they can stay on their bed all day without getting tired.
For me heat rashes can't make me to stay in my bed because I don't see it as a serious issue rather it only make me to feel uncomfortable for some time and once I apply my dusting powder
