Scientifically it is very important and beneficial to go for a morning walk as studies shows that going on a morning walk can help in toning the legs as well as the abdominal muscles
And when talking of health morning work really contributes to a good health and healthy living, in a sense that stronger muscles widen the range of motion as well as overall body strength.
So since morning walk helps in toning the muscles into good shape it definitely contributes to good and healthy living in other to meet up with our day to day activities.

I'd always engage in morning walk everyday as well as overall body exercise in the gym, and how I'd manage to combine this is just very simple, in the morning when I wake up I will have to jog to the gym since it's a little bit far away from our house.
So like the say exercise is life, I personally do not joke around with it so it is part of my daily routine to jog or walk to the gym which serves as warm up for me then followed by the main fool body exercise for not less than an hour.
