Hi there steemians good to have you all here how are you all doing today I hope you all are in good health, today I will be taking parts in an amazing contest organized by @edgargonzalez titled "how does stress affect our health?"


So in my today's entry I will be sharing with you all the different ways in which stress can affect our health as well as some of the activities we can do to keep ourselves worried free and stressed free

DO YOU THINK THAT STRESS LEADS TO CERTAIN HEALTH PROBLEMS?

Yes of course stress can definitely lead to some certain health problems in our body because according to my own research whenever we are emotionally disturb and unsettle it may raise our heart beat as well as our blood level which can of course several things that can be harmful to our health


And also studies shows that an undealth stress can result in so many complicated health problems which may include high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, obesity Muscle tension or jaw clenching, Stomach or digestive problems, Trouble having sex. and diabetes.


DO YOU LEAD A STRESS-FREE WORK OR DAILY LIFE? EXPLAIN

First of all I must confess that I am having trouble understanding the question but I will just try it's as an attempt, basically for me when it comes to my work it is always very stressful so I would say that I only lead is stress free daily life


Because each time I am at work I'm always stressed out but whenever there is no work like now that's I'm not going to walk now I'm living a stress free life now.

WHAT ACTIVITY DO YOU DO TO KEEP YOURSELF WORRY-FREE AND STRESS-FREE?

There are so many things I like to do in order to keep myself worried free and stress free and some of the things include going to the gym, watching movies and playing rap songs


Going to the gym really helps me a lot in fighting stress and keeping myself worry free because each time I do some exercises in the gym I'll get to see some people and we compete together which in turn makes my mind to be free from worries.


Same is applicable with watching movies but in this one I always like to combine it with food each time I eat and watch movie at the same time I always feel free from all sorts of stress and worries.


But in the normal case scenario it there's no movies and maybe the sun is too hot to do exercise I prefer listening to rap songs especially the west coast songs.


EXPLAIN WHAT SITUATIONS CAUSE YOU STRESS AND IF YOU HAVE HAD OR EXPERIENCED ANY STRESSFUL MOMENTS!

Yes indeed I have been experiencing several stressful times and it's happens many times to me but the one that was so intense was when my old phone got stolen which was my Galaxy a 53 5G


At first when I realized that my phone was still on from me I couldn't believe it I thought it was a joke because I never thoughts that anyone could be so hard this but as time goes on it started affecting my physical as well as emotional well-being.


I wasn't even myself I couldn't even do anything for myself I was always lost in thoughts and couldn't even eat but to me I knew that the only way I could move on was to get a new phone, which I did and trust me it has really helped me a lot in taking my mind of my stolen phone

Friend nothing pains most than when what you have is taken away from you without knowing who took it, it sometimes seems like a dream but the reality is that it has been stolen. Going to the gym is really helpful too, as it help while away thoughts of life challenge. 🦾Goodluck
