Hello amazing steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day, today will be taking part in an amazing contest here in the healthy steem community with the theme "You and your health"


WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT OBESITY?

Before any further or do let us first of all look at what is the meaning of obesity, therefore according to my own understanding obesity is simply a bodily disorder which involves excess body fat cause by too much consumption of calories which may lead to various health problem.


So now that we all know what is obesity in other to further throw a little more insight on it, what I think of obesity is that it is a very dangerous self afflicted disorder which has affected so many people worldwide


CAN YOU TELL US 3 THINGS THAT CAUSES OBESITY?

The three and most essential things that's causes obesity are;


  • Health condition and medications
  • Genetics
  • Food

HEALTH CONDITIONS AND MEDICATIONS

One of the main causes of obesity is the health conditions of a person as well as the medication in which the person is taking because we all know that when a person is sick he or she won't be able to move around instead the person will be sitting down one place as a result gaining more weight


GENETICS

Another thing has greatly because obviously among people is through genetics, a lot of people have inherit obesity through their family linage some in an uncontrollable way.

FOOD

And lastly food which has been one of the most prominent causes of obesity among people, a lot of people chooses to eat in an uncontrollable manner without minding their physical appearance which in turn cause them to grow in their body more excess fat


WHAT ARE THE BEST WAYS TO PREVENT OBESITY?

Below I am going to list out some of the most effective ways of preventing obesity some of which includes;


  • Limiting sit time and increasing more exercise time
  • Choosing a healthier food to consume that are rich in protein
  • Cherishing more nutritional education so as to maintain a healthy nutrition
  • Regular exercise

Generally obesity isn't something we all should joke with because it can greatly cause damage to our health as well as affecting and setting limits to our physical man power (physical activities).
