Health they say is wealth. So if there is anything we should consider more important in our daily lives, it should be our health because only those who are healthy enough can do things well on earth. So in this contest today, I will be talking about my health goals.

To fully participate and meet the requirements of the organizer of the contest, I will be answering the questions below. Please read till the end and see my opinion and thoughts about this wonderful contest today.

What were your healthy goals for 2023?

In 2023, I had a lot of healthy goals but circumstances beyond me couldn't allow me to keep this goal. Since it is a question in this contest, I will still list them for your information.

Just like every beginning of the year, we set a goal on what we wish to achieve, I also set a healthy goal which is supposed to keep me healthy throughout the year 2023 and the goals are what will be listed in the following paragraph.

The healthy goals I set in 2023 include eating fruits at least once every 2 days, eating a balanced diet, and also regular exercise to keep me fit. These are the healthy goals I set and believe if I had followed them well, I wouldn't have experienced anything like sickness at all.

Can you say that you fulfilled them?

No, I didn't fulfill them and the reason is because of many unforeseen circumstances that came into play during 2023. One of the major factors that made this goal not achievable is the unavailability of funds.

Getting good food became a problem and even money to get the fruits was also a problem because of how expensive things became here in Nigeria. I sorted for more alternatives but at some points, I was out of options.

So the healthy goal for the year 2023 wasn't fulfilled due to the many factors I have listed above. The only thing I was able to keep going was regular exercise as I do that in the morning immediately after my prayers and I also don't at night before going to bed.

Will you set new goals for 2024? Tell us what they are.

My healthy goal for the year 2024 is to remain physically fit by engaging myself in regular exercise. Also with me joining the Steemit platform, I will be adding fruit eating to my healthy diet because I'm sure I can afford fruits at least twice every week.

So eating fruits and doing daily exercise will help keep me fit through the period of 2024. I'm sure if I keep to this routine in the year 2024, then sickness will be quite very far from me and I will be able to achieve my goal of staying healthy for the year.

Also, I will always try to boost my immune system by eating good food. I'm sure that alone will do the magic of keeping me very healthy until another year comes. I recommend the same thing to as many who haven't gotten any plans for this year.

I totally agree with you and j personally also think eating fruit and doing exercises will help me keep fit too. Boosting our immune system is one of the best things we can do to help our body stay healthy so it should be our top priority. Estoy segura que si se lo propone administrar sus recompensas logrará el objetivo, no es necesario comer bastante fruta en un solo día, se trata de comer algo de fruta diaria.
Eso me lo dijo una nutricionista cuando mi mamá tenía miedo porque no aumentaba de peso.

Adding fruits to diets is very good. Although buying fruit seems expensive this is one advantage of staying in a village-like area.

This was one of the issues I faced too but we'll do better in 2024.
