Hypertension is a disease which is another name for blood pressure in that if you are in any state of anger or how is it a disease that causes you to start having headaches along with it. Later on many diseases get worse and there are many medicines that we should use to avoid it.
Every hypertension blood pressure is between 120 and 140 for normal and between 180 for high blood pressure.
There are two types of blood pressure, one is high blood pressure and the other is low blood pressure.
Are you aware of symptoms of hypertension?
Hypertension is a silent killer disease that kills people slowly, in this I will tell you about its symptoms that there are few symptoms that will make it clear that you have hypertension. Is it or not.......
1 : Headache:-
If your blood pressure is high or low, then the main symptoms of your people will be that your headache will be very severe.
2 : Fatigue:-
Fatigue is also among its symptoms. Fatigue will make you very tired, so you can determine whether you have high blood pressure or not.
3: Weakness:-
How you can have a lot of weakness is also in it. Symptoms can appear that you will start getting weaker day by day.
Can hypertension lead to other health problems?
Yes, it can make you suffer from other diseases. Some of the diseases that make you fight with many other diseases are as follows.
1: Cardiovascular disease:-
Due to this, you people may also face heart disease, it becomes very difficult, as if it is not in the heart, your work will end completely through the heart.
2: Eye Problem:-
It leads to the eye issues.
Eye sight may weak.
3: peripheral artery disease:-
The veins become narrowing.
It may problem in regulation of blood.

If our diet is improved, we can avoid many diseases. Diet plays an important role in the health disease.
2: Exercise:-
Everyday exercise is important to fit our body.
Daily base exercise make your health good.
3: Quite smoking:-
Smoking is injurious to health.
It dead your lungs.
It may lead may disease.
4: Stress:-
Please avoid any type of stress.
Because stress make your health unhealthy.
Stress pay may attention in other things that may lead to diseases.
