Below are the healthy activities of my healthy day:

I hope you are all well. Health is the greatest blessing given to us by God. And there is no alternative to leading a healthy lifestyle to stay healthy. A good sound sleep is needed to start a good day. So after a good sleep of about 7 hours I got out of bed and got fresh.
For the past few days I have added a new healthy food in my diet chart which is chia seed. I soaked it in the night before and after breakfast I drank a whole glass of the healthy drink. Hope to see good results in my body after consuming it regularly for some more time.
Then I got ready and went out for work. I went to Upazila Union Parishad to issue my trade documents. There were many others like me who went there to get their documentation issued due to which it took me quite some time to complete my work.
Anyway, it was almost noon to complete all the work. There were many food shops around the Union Parishad. From there I went to a food shop and ordered chicken polao for myself. As per the price, the size of the rice was sufficient and the chicken was also of a large size.
Then I came back home and rested for a while. To relax I did the 5 second breath in and 15 second breath out practice for a few minutes. It is a very good breathing practice which gives coolness to the body parts.
In the afternoon I opened my laptop and visited Steemit and started completing my tasks. Suddenly my mother brought chickpulses for me. She bought these retail from the seller. I finished my work while eating them.
I try to do physical exercise 3-4 days a week in the evening. Recently I bought some exercise equipment from a ship recycling yard. I watch various exercise techniques on YouTube and try to do them with the equipment I have.
I did some exercises for about 30 minutes. Along with exercise, good diet is also important. So I eat bananas and eggs regularly. After exercising I took bath again for the second time.
I thank God that I don't have to take any medicine. Earlier I took magnesium capsule, zinc, vitamin-d capsule as supplements for a few days but now I have stopped it. And as an alternative to medicine, I keep some dry fruits in my diet every day.
Among my dry fruits today were almonds, dates, pumpkin seeds. Sometimes I eat them soaked in water and sometimes I eat them normally. These foods work like magic to keep the body healthy specially for hair and skin.

Friends, health is the root of all happiness. Our body is like a vehicle if you do its regular maintenance then it will always function properly likewise we can keep our body in proper function by regular exercise, breathing practice. Again, if you use good quality oil in your vehicle, its engine will run smoothly. Likewise, by taking healthy food and diet, we can keep our body's biological function smooth.

You have follow a good and healthy diet and routine. Regular exercise, a balanced diet with bananas and eggs, and staying clean with a post-workout shower are all excellent habits for maintaining your physical health. Keep up the good work.
