How much an adequate amount of sleep is beneficial for good health?
Sleep is necessary because without sleep a person cannot do any work properly and if he does not get enough sleep, he remains sluggish, he is always tired and if he gets more sleep then it is good for his health. It doesn't happen and the amount of sleep is to a certain extent that we can complete our sleep for so many hours, in addition, it is also based on the age requirement that the children who are are more complete sleep meaning they sleep more. As the age increases, the amount of sleep decreases. Adequate sleep is necessary for health, too much is harmful, so we should try to get adequate sleep, that is, about seven hours or eight hours.
Problems that may be arising by lack of sleep.
Many problems are faced due to lack of sleep. If our sleep is not enough, we have to face many problems and a person suffers from many diseases. Due to lack of sleep, a person becomes irritable all day, lethargic and mentally weak, and due to lack of sleep, many diseases such as heart disease, kidney disease, obesity, stroke, diabetes and many other diseases become a possibility. So for this reason, we should make a specific time due to which we can fulfil our sleep and get rid of lack of sleep and keep our health. Due to lack of sleep, the under eyes become lighter and their circles become black, besides, sleep continues throughout the day and no work can be done peacefully.
Excessive sleep is also harmful to health, not only harmful to health but also shortens our life leading to death and excessive sleep causes many diseases. Sleep deteriorates our mental health, and the immune system deteriorates, apart from this, a person becomes a victim of pain. And if we start sleeping more, diseases surround us and we don't even know it, then we get sick. So, we should only get adequate sleep, we should not get too much sleep, sleep all day, sleep all night, it proves to be harmful to health.
