A] Processed food is consider un healthy food and i have give you example of chips and sausages in These things a lot of sodium large amount of salt if we use daily .it will lead to a high level of blood pressure and heart diseases first of all
we eat any type of food in small quantity and an other example of energy drink it can be harmful of body its high level of caffeine and sugar the excess of energy drink high blood pressure, anxiety, weight gain and specially for the chances of diabetic 2 more ever fruit yogurt and instant noodles .processed food in added sugar ,artificial sweetener for preservation so avoid artificial juice, yogurt, energy drink use only moderate quantity some processed food are good and some processed food is bed processed food depending on their manufacturing like canned vegetable yogurt without sugar, nuts butters without adding oil and sugar and some fresh sea food not add in any sauce.
Q]3HOW MUCH PROCESSED FOOD YOU UTLIZE ON WEEKLY BASICS
a] In my self I am avoid not only fast food and processed food and being a mother I take great care of my children health by preparing fresh meals every day and I am against of fast food the process of deep frying chips and meat very dangerous of health like heart attack kidney diseases ,obesity, stomach problem and my husband is also high blood pressure patient I am also a diabetic patient so avoid only I am using processed food in daily life like bread and chocolate milk my son like it but he drink some time not regular basics more ever in the kitchen I am using for cooking packaged spices one more thing is very important when you purchase processed food and you have to see ingredients and expire date one more the thing read necessary .but we try avoid processed food use fresh food because fresh food in to your life will make life easier WHERES THERES LIFE THERES HOPE '
