Hello every one,how are you. I am ROOHI ASIF from Pakistan .I hope you healthy and save and healthy by the grace of Allah who is great kind and merciful .I wants to share my publication in belived@healthy steem community in my healthy dynamic .so guys let's start my belog.i hope you all my being with me till end.
Morning activities
My day started at6:am. I prayer fajur.usually I drink two glass of water this is my habit .
Ever since I found out that drinking water in the morning has many benefits for the body, I have been drinking a two glass of water every day since then.then I am going to park this park nearest from my house about half and hours I am doing walk then I sit on the banch and doing some breathing exercise then I came back home and take a bath.
preparing breakfast
I am going to kitchen for preparing breakfast menu I made parathas and frying eggs and making tea.I had breakfast with my husband
Mid morning
My servent come in my house and she is clean my house.she swept and mopped .kitchen work I do my self.
lunch time
Due to the summer season my son going to market and bring some groceries some vegetables ,fruits,meat .he told me today is very hot day please cooked light food not make heavy food.then I am going to kitchen and preparing for dal and chwal this is very light dish and delicious dish every body like it it's easy to cook easy to bujet and healthy delicious dish.
Then I make salate and sweet and sour curry sauce.then we ate lunch.Then we thanked Allah for giving us such good blessings.
Take a short nap
Then I take a shot nape after I prayer zohar.nape is very important for human body It refreshes the human mind for a while and gives strength to the body.
Evening activites
My son going to ground for cricket metch.He plays the best cricket.Physical activity is very important for children.
Then I am going to terrace usually I drink evening tea in my terrace I drink tea with sheermal because I am fond of sheermal and my son bring sheermal famous restaurant of dalhi sheermal house.then me and husband eat sheermal with my husband
Dinner menu
I am going to kitchen and for preparing gourd curry.and I wash and cut the gourd then cooked more ever I make zrea Wala aloo ki sabzi today's menu both are delicious vegetable and both are healthy food potato is lot of carbohydrate,potassium.and gourd is viteman b and c and low calories vegetable specially for weight loss.
after we ate dinner then we eat mangoes .every body like mangoes in my family .the mangoes is so delicious.Mangoes made the food taste even better.
Sleeping time
Before half and hours of sleeping I drink one glass of milk this is my habit .I must drink a glass of milk before going to bed at night.It makes me sleepy.

After fojor namaz you drank two glasses of water. Really good habit. Becides you make some yummy tasty recipes. Your all dishes were so alluring and porata with egg omlette. At night you drunk milk. Thanks for sharing friend
