These are lifestyles that have negative impact on our general well being. They includes.
Smoking

Drinking too much alcohol e.t.c.
👩⚕️What are some things you do daily that make you feel healthy and strong?" (Healthy Habits)
I do quite a lot of things to be healthy. Some of them includes.
Exercising regularly. I do so by trekking.
Eating healthy. I do so by eating balanced diet, this is a food that contain the six basic classes of Food.
Bathing atleast two times in a day.
Using good body cream free of any bleaching agent.
Using good deodorant and perfumes.
washing my clothes regularly.
Drinking plenty water inorder to stay hydrated.
Brushing my teeth twice daily.
I also go to the hospital whenever I'm sick, I don't practice self medication.
Cleaning my house and surrounding.
I also made it a point of duty to always sleep in a mosquito treated net during the dry season when there is lots of mosquitoes.
Sleeping for at least 7 hours daily.
Taking care of my mental health by doing things that makes it me happy.
Laughing
Living stress free life

Unhealthy are very detrimental to our health. They can make us sick, angry, easily irritated and in worst cases lead to death. Some of them includes.
Eating late at night.
Dehydration
Self medication
Living a stressful life.
Frowning all the time

Yes, this year, I made it a point of duty to eat vegetables and fruits regularly and I noticed that I hardy fall sick and my skin was also glowing.
👩⚕️ Could you share a time when doing something unhealthy made you feel really bad?
Yes, have been guilty of this so many times the one I couldn't remember vividly was the one that happened during my final year in the University. Then, I was doing my project practical and most times, I will leave my hostel very early in the morning and come back late at night. During all this while, I was skipping meals. Most days I usually eat once in a day. This continued and I started loosing weight as even that wasn't enough I always feel dizzy anytime I do small thing. So because of that very act, I started eating healthy.
Conclusion
The importance of good health cannot be over emphasized. Health is wealth, if we aren't healthy we can't function properly. It doesn't even cost a much to be healthy.
