| 👩⚕️ What do you understand by the word "Environment"? |

The environment is a place to live or live for living creatures, both animals, plants and including us humans. A place where we can interact and carry out activities covering all aspects of our lives such as social, economic and other aspects.
A healthy and clean environment reflects the quality of human life, therefore as a society we have a big responsibility to protect and care for the environment to avoid environmental damage such as water, air and land pollution. Each individual must keep the environment clean because it reflects the quality of our life.

Of course, the environment greatly influences human activities, because the environment plays an important role in our well-being. A healthy and clean environment gives us a good life and of course avoids the bad impacts of an unhealthy environment such as nests of disease, dirty air and soil and other negative impacts.
So it is very important to maintain a healthy environment because this can certainly support the quality of our own lives. Environmental pollution caused by human activities can harm us of course, so let's protect our own environment by doing good things from small things that are beneficial for us and the environment.

An unhealthy environment causes various kinds of pollution and negative impacts on our health. Like the impact of air pollution, this air pollution usually comes from motor vehicle fumes, cigarette smoke, chemical factory fumes and other factors that can cause respiratory diseases. It is clear that air pollution is very dangerous for our health because oxygen levels are decreasing in the human body which will certainly endanger health and in some cases people will lose their lives.
Water pollution is also the same, causing health problems if you consume polluted water, and causing other damage due to human actions that are not responsible for the environment, such as throwing rubbish into rivers, dumping rubbish and industrial liquid waste which results in polluted water so that it is a source of water for living creatures. life is reduced.
| 👩⚕️ What simple actions do you take every day to improve environmental health? |

Of course, the main thing I have to take care of is keeping the environment around me clean to avoid various kinds of diseases. I always throw rubbish in the right place, sort rubbish and make use of rubbish, such as recycling rubbish into handicrafts or organic waste that is easily decomposed. I also recycle waste into natural fertilizer for my plants.
I also farm, plant trees for greenery and also other plants such as growing flowers and other cultivated plants that can generate money and harvests. This can improve the health of the surrounding environment to make it better and healthier, thereby improving a healthier quality of life.
| 👩⚕️How can education and awareness play a role in improving environmental health? |

Education is the most important thing for us to have. Likewise with awareness to take action. Education plays an important role in raising awareness for each individual in creating and improving environmental health.
By having good knowledge and awareness of the importance of taking actions that have a positive effect on the environment, it is hoped that this can become a benchmark for creating a healthy and beneficial environment for all living creatures that live in that environment.
