So when we live we practice various habits some are healthy and some are unhealthy, today I wanna talk about one of my healthy habits that helps to increase the quality of my life. *** What is it?*** Drinking fruit juices every morning, For the past two months I've drinking fruit juices in the morning before my breakfast, This habit helped to improve my health in soo many ways,
Health benefits of fruit juices
- provide essential nutrients for our body
Fruit juices are extremely rich in fibers, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other essential nutrients that needed for our body
- Helps to boost immune system.
Drinking fruit juices can provide a significant boost to our immune system, as they are rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants that help fight against diseases.
- Helps to improve digestion.
As I told you earlier these fruit juices contain lots of fibers that help to improve our digestion, For example drinking avocado juice every day helps to reduce constipation.
- Helps to hydrate our body.
Fruit juices contain lots of water so drinking fruit juices, especially in the summer season helps to hydrate our body.
These are only a few key benefits of drinking fruit juices daily, If you wanna read more about the benefits of fruit juices I will include links for more reading material but today I wanna talk about a special kind of fruit juice, I'm from Sri Lanka and we are experiencing summer season now and it's around 35-celsius degrees outside but it is the avocado season here in Sri Lanka. We have an avocado tree in our backyard so we get fresh avocadoes every day, So I wanna talk about a few key benefits of avocado juice.
Avocados are extremely healthy fruit, eating an avocado every day will keep a doctor away, Avocados contain loads of vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin E and also avocadoes contain essential nutrients like Niacin, Riboflavin, Folate, and Magnesium. So having Avacado juice every day will,

- Help for weight loss
- Help to improve eyesight
- Help to improve skin health and so much more.
