Welcome to my blog steemians. I start my today post with the warmest wishes and blessings to all steemit family. Let me know how are all my fellow colleagues doing ? I am sure that you all will be fine by the blessings of Allah Almighty. I am also good , Alhamdulillah ! My respected @afzalqamar organized a contest about kidney disease🫘. Let's come to know what I know about kidney disease.

• It is the condition where the kidneys are damaged. The function of the kidney is to filter extra water and waste out of blood and make urine. It is a serious health condition. The main function of the kidney is to produce urine. It is also known as nephropathy. If a person has kidney disease then the kidney cannot filter waste and excess fluid from the body. It is the cause of the buildup of toxins and waste in the body. If the kidney is left untreated then it's disease becomes serious and may be life threatening. It can lead to the range of health problems. It can cause kidney failure . For this purpose dialysis required and kidney transplant also needs the patient.

• Of course my mother suffered from this health problem. She suffered from this health problem almost five years ago. When she was this problem we don't understand whats the main issue. She used to get high temperature and pain in body. She has also pain in her kidney. Then we consult with the nephrologist. She explained her condition to doctor. She has swelling on left side kidney and on the right side she has kidney stone. She suffered from this serious condition but by the mercy of Allah Almighty.

• Actually she has high blood pressure problem and obesity. She has been suffering from various serious conditions. High blood pressure is the main cause of this condition. Her high blood pressure worst the kidney. The diuretic prevent fluid buildup. The doctor recommended the best medicines for this condition. She eat antibiotics for treating the infection. She started to drink plenty of water. In some time with the best treatment she completely recovered.

We can prevent and manage kidney disease in the following way :

• There is a need for lifestyle changing. Try to maintain a healthy blood pressure. Try to do regular exercise. Always drink plenty of water in your daily routine. Try to maintain a balanced diet. Make a regular diet which is low in salt and sugar. Try to avoid unhealthy foods. Smoking 🚭 is also not good for overall health. So must avoid it.

• Consult with the nephrologist for your proper health. Take a proper dose of medicine. Regular check up with your Doctor. Try to do regular blood tests to check the kidney🫘 function. Try to maintain your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
