If a person is on dieting for the fear of gaining weight, it distorted their body image, this state is called anorexia. People mostly reduce the amount of food for eat and do exercise more than need. They engage in other behaviors for lose weight, even if they are already underweight for healthy. Some key features are extreme weight loss, fear of gaining weight, distorted body image and others health risk.

Causes of anorexia are followings:
- Fear of extra weight and deal to emotions is big reason of anorexia.
- Fear of becoming thin can lead to anorexia.
- Anorexia can be genetically. This can a family history by eating not proper.
- Imbalances in brain chemicals affecting mood, stress, and appetite began to anorexia.
- Social culture like societal pressure and unrealistic beauty standards fall in this problem.
- This problem can due to environmental factors and our living style.
- Stress in life of relationship issues in family and friends are the reason of it.
- Bullying and criticism about weight and appearance can cause of it.

Medical Treatment:
Medical treatment is best treatment. In medical we can restore healthy weight and monitor out eating plans, in this way we can get rid of it. We can treat it by regular check up and follow the doctor's advise. By treating heart problems or hormonal imbalances we can avoid it.
Therapy:
Therapy is another way to treat this problem. There are 2 affactive therapies for treating it. First is cognitive behavior therapy and other is family based therapy.
Nutritional Counseling:
We can treat it by maintain ducation on balanced eating and understanding the body's nutritional needs.
Medication:
In some case we can treat it by medication. This is good way to treat anorexia.
Support Groups:
We have connect with others people who have experienced this problem can provide us encouragement and reduce feelings of isolation.
