Contest !! ||Obesity types

Physically we are not all the same , some are fat and some are thin. Fat is the kind and of obesity. Assalam O Alaikum dear steemit fellow, I hope you will be fine. I am inviting you to study my this article. In this article I will explain about obesity. Obesity people are also called motu with love. I am grateful to dear @khursheedanwar . for creating this contest and providing me a chance to share my knowledge about obesity. I will discuss about kinds of obesity, fatal type of obesity and my family history of obesity.

Obesity

Obesity is a having excess body fat. Due to over body weight a person weight being significantly greater than what is deemed healthy for their height and body type. It is not merely being a little bit overweight. Health issues like diabetes, joint discomfort, and heart disease can result from this.

1. Write any two types of obesity?

Two types of obesity are following:
(a). Visceral obesity:
Visceralbobesitu is a type of obesity which is characterized by an excess of fat add around the pancreas, liver and intestines. It is also nown as belly fat. It is linked to higher risks of metabolic syndrome.

(b). Android (Central) Obesity:
Android obesity build up of fat in the abdomen and upper body. It gives the body a more "apple-shaped" appearance. Insulin resistance, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease are also relate with this kind of obesity.

2. Which type of obesity could be fatal?

In my view visceral obesity is fatal. It has over fat around the abdominal organs which is more dangerous. Because it is strongly related with high risk of cardiovascular disease. Visceral fat is increased risk of heart disease, like heart attacks, stroke and high blood pressure.
Visceral obesity lead to the development of fatty liver disease. This is a condition in which excess fat lead to the liver and inflammation, scarring and liver damage

3. Are you have any family history of obesity and from which parent it is?(From mother or father)

Yes, I have a family history of obesity. My elder sister has obesity with high blood pressure disease. The obesity and high blood pressure which she has from my mother. My mother is also facing obesity which caused to high blood pressure, joint pain, over cholesterol and stomach problem. My grandmother also had faced these problems. My mother inherited this from my grandmother and my sister inherited from my mother. It is fatal disease which can cause the damage of vein of brain. Some time it leads to death.
