Sincerely I believe that we should say goodbye to medicines. Saying goodbye to medicines had many reasons, some are I mentioned below:
- We have to say goodbye to medicines for avoiding side effects. Use of medicine for long term can lead to unwanted side effects.
- Say no to medicines to promote natural healing. In few cases, the body can heal by itself with proper diet, exercise.
- To reduce dexpendency we say no to medicine. If we rely too much on medication, it can sometimes prevent people from addressing the root causes of their health issues.
- Medicines are very expensive, so we leave it for cost considerations.
- For Improve overall health, we avoid to use of medicine. Some medicines can have negative effects on the body. So focusing on alternative therapies or lifestyle changes can make us fit overall health without the any risks.
Remember that it is important to before taking any decision to stop taking medicines should be made under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Sometime medicine are necessary for managing chronic conditions and to stop them. Otherwise without proper medical advice can be dangerous.
How can we prevent ourselves from medications? |

In my point of view, this is very important to prevent ourselves from medications. We can prevent ourselves from medicine by following these simple tips:
- By taking healthy diet like fruit, fresh vegetables specially green leaf vegetables.
- Taking regular exercise like stretching, weight lifting, jogging and morning walk.
- Stress management by balancing in work and life.
- Proper sleeping about 7 - 10 hours.
- Regular health check-ups.
- Stayed ourself hydrated.
- Avoid to smoking and limited use of alcohol.
- By Maintaining healthy weight.
- Making a strong immune system.
- By using natural remedies.
- Educate ourself.
- Social connections.
- Practice mindfulness and good mental health care.
By doing above practices we can prevent ourselves from medication.
