Food food is important to keep us healthy. By eat fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and proteins we can live healthy. Vitamin C fight against infections. We can get Vitamin C from oranges, lemons and amla. Vitamin D makes our body strong. We can get it from sunlight, eggs and fish. Zinc is also important. It is found in almonds and pumpkin seeds.
We should avoid junk food. It has no nutrients and can make us weak. Try to eat home cooked meals. Always natural food is better than processed food.
