Good morning steemians
Am @saintkelvin17 and am a Nigerian. Aging is a change that has been happening to every living thing around all the world. I really love the fact that healthy steem executives have decided to end this season 16 engagement challenge with this universal topic of both the past, present and future. I love the theme alot because it has given me the opportunity to express myself on the things concerning aging.

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

The medical process of aging has to fill do with the internal part of the body, am sure that you know that when we use something for a very long time, they always get old and weak. That's the same thing for humans because when we keep on growing, our body system begins to change day by day. Our body system is comprises of sense organs, systems and other liquid fluid which makes it possible for us to alive.

Aging begins at the age of 40 and by 40 every married person is supposed to have given birth their children complete because is not really sensible to say you will give birth to more children after 40 when there's no problem you are facing or you faced. The problem I mean is late marriage, barrenness, low sperm count and so many others. At the age of 40 we are expected to watch our diet and reduce the rate at which we do most things.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Am totally afraid of getting old, I have a nice body I worked hard to get through consistent workout activities which has never been easy because it takes discipline and dedication to do workouts successfully and consistently. I don't want to be old and I want to live long. Forever young I just want to live. So one day my body will get shrink and quite rough 😳. Anyway I must have acquired alot of steem power for the needy and my children. Am not working hard in steemit for myself at all.

Everyone will get old someday the challenges of aging is that we won't be able to do alot of things we used to do when we were young, I won't be able to do strenuous exercise but just simple flexible workouts to remain cool and active. If I get old I won't be able to fight or defend someone as well as myself physically. I won't be able to do things I love, just like playing basketball. Though when I get old I will still be curating steemians posts but I will stop posting and make comments on posts when necessary.

Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

SKIN PRODUCTS: This really plays a great role in preventing aging and I believed last two years when I heard about the American female musician known as Branny, she's supposed to be looking old now but she still looks young and fresh 😍. My mum told me that she has been singing when she was in secondary school and now my mum s more than 40 years old but Branny looks like her, fresh and young. If we take the right skincare products everyday, our skin will look fresh.

VEGETABLES: The intake of vegetables is very important for our body system because it makes the body stronger, vegetables boost the blood in humans and am a big fan of vegetables. People are vegetarians because they love vegetables and they really want to live longer. Most of the Chinese people are vegetarians and Chinese has the large number of old people in the world.

WATER: As humans, we really need to drink enough water because it helps the body system to function well act very accurate. People hardly drink due to it's scarcity in their area and this is very bad, most of them end up drinking dirty water which is more worst.

Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

RUNNING: Is very important to run daily because it boost the rate of our heart beat and stimulates the entire body system. I love running alot and I have really benefited from this.

ENGAGING IN SPORTS: We really need to engage in sporting activities as youngsters, we can't just kill ourselves with work work work, sometimes in life we need to ensure that we do this that promotes teamwork in a physical way of high competition. Sport expose us to alot of things and sports has made Cristiano Ronaldo look very young today despite his age.

GOING TO THE GYM: We need to exercise daily and participate in wonderful activities in the gym that boasts our energy so that whenever we engage in one or two physical activities, we perform better. There's a football who retired from football known as Messut Ozil and he was an Arsenal player. Immediately he retiresihe began to go to the gym and he has really changed physically. If he comes back to football, he will excel more. Thanks for reading friends.

Hello friend, you are absolutely right that water, skin care and healthy diet can prevent aging. I want to add small info that salt which is sodium bicarbonate is the main cause of aging. When if prevented totally, it will cause goitre. And if not taken in excess, it will cause fast aging. I have read all your post and it is really interesting. Oh yeah, I've heard about this idea before. It reminds me of my grandparents who had all their kids by the time they were in their early 30s. They used to say it's good to have the energy to keep up with the little ones. It's interesting how different cultures have their own views on when it's best to start a family.

I feel like this is a common concern for many people. My experience with aging relatives is that they often have to adjust their activities as they get older. My dad used to play basketball regularly, but as he got older, he switched to lighter exercises like walking and swimming to stay active without putting too much strain on his body.

That's so true. I remember traveling to a remote village where clean water was scarce. It was eye-opening to see how much people struggled to find safe drinking water. It's something we often take for granted in more developed areas. My observation is that staying hydrated is key to feeling and looking our best, no matter our age.

Hello friend, is good that you also find my entry interesting. Is very good that your dad adjusted from basketball to a more lighter sporting, basketball is really a tough game and I played it today with my friends.

Water is very important to stay active and strong and this is scarce in so many places especially villages whereby the villagers always drink dirty water.

you are true, and I share a very beautiful example that if we use something more starts ended and it occurred passively and it similarly is with the human beings and cells won these are continuously in use the time comes that they do not produce new anymore and college in the cell is starting reducing and lost elasticity of our skin and it's obviously the sign of aging is there.

We really need to engage in sporting activities as youngsters, we can't just kill ourselves with work work work.

You are right obesity is the mother of all diseases and we need to burn excessive fat through sports and other activities so that the body does more work.

Obesity is very bad and we need to avoid it at all cost. Am so excited that I have maximum interests in sport so there's no probability of me having obesity.

I love your honesty here cos really i love staying young, even though i already call myself old sometimes. i respect people who exercise because it not easy to love, it requires real dedication, i wish i can trust me to embrace my lazy side and totally skip exercising except from walking from one room to the other
