"Wk 5 : The Diary Game and Your Health | A healthy day to remember

Greetings healthy steemians

How was your night? Today I wish to present a very wonderful entry of mine in this contest by a very hardworking female steemian @aaliarubab. This contest is really amazing and cool as it allows us to showcase our healthy habit. I wishs to talk about how I spent the day 5th December 2023.

Morning Period

That morning when I woke up, I was really surprised to see that there was NEPA light even after it left that early morning. I said few prayers then brushed my teeth and after that I drank water and pressed my phone for 10 minutes. I had intentions to do workouts so I was warming up for it. My parents and siblings were still asleep.

After pressing my phone I went outside to do workouts, I really want to be very strong and once I get enough money I will begin to go to the gym as I have only visited that place ones. My body is very fit even as am not going to the gym which means that it I begin to go there I will be excessively fit as long as I eat well. After like 40 minutes, I entered the house and I took a picture.

Afternoon Period

Surprisingly to me after taking my bath, I slept again. Is good anyway because sleeping will enable my body to work well as the benefits of the workout I did will be circulating round my body without disturbance. When I woke up I ate custard and beans with bread, is a very delicious meal Iove alot. I ate enough of this meal that day and I was very satisfied.

After eating I took vitamin C and drank water. Water is very essential for the body so I drank it several times that day. I was really in a hurry to computer training so I took my charger and pen then I quickly jogged to the computer center for the training. Jogging was fun as it made me more fit and healthy that day.

Evening Period

I was already at home in the evening and I used that opportunity to blog in steemit because I have been very busy since that morning and I was glad I finally had the opportunity to blog in steemit. It was a very stressful day for me but I like the way it went. I became tired then I watched a romantic movie that can keep me enlightened and active again. Action movies will make me want to jump up🤣 so I avoided it that moment since my intentions was resting. Thanks for reading.
