Let's begin:

What does the word "happiness" mean to you?

The word happiness if, I try to write in single word is "PEACE OF MIND" for me. Mind is the captain of our thoughts and body and if mind is calm then definitely thoughts and thinking process will be smooth and calm as well.

This is the only way that leads towards positivity by defeating all the negative thoughts to enjoy the real joy.

Do you consider that happiness is a decision of each person?

Life revolves around, action and reaction theory. If, things are happening in front of you it is YOU who will decide how to react in every and particular situation. It's your choice that you want happiness and joy, or you want problems for you.

Many people claim that sometimes things go beyond the one's control, but my logic is very much simple about it. It's your life and you own it, so take decision and make your own choice. Bottom line is happiness is a personal decision and choice of everyone.

What things make you happy? Give an example of an incident that made you happy.

Well, there are several factors that make me happy but top of the list is spending quality time with loved ones makes me feel relaxed and stress-free. Recently there was much awaited get-together with my all brothers and cousins.

Actually, we have been together for whole childhood but now we live far away from each other. So, it's really difficult to meet everyone on regular basis collectively due to hectic life routine. So, I proposed an idea to have a get-together and a much-awaited get-together happened and spent some quality time with my loved ones. This incident gave me ultimate pleasure in recent past.

Do you think happiness can help your health?

Yes, it's very much true and I am agreed the fact that happiness can play the biggest role in one's better life. If, we look the impact of happiness on human body, then it strengthens one's immune system by the releasing the endorphins and other feel-good neurotransmitters. Which can boost your body's ability to fight off infections and chronic diseases in better way.

Happiness reduces the levels of stress and helps to take decisions of life wisely and more actively. Studies suggests that happiness and joy improves cardiovascular health in a more appropriate way.

So, crux of the discussion life is really short for all the stress and negativities. My advice to all of you to live a balanced life in a more joyful way. This is the ultimate philosophy of the happy, healthy and wealthy life.

Hello dear friend, @salmanbukhari54

  • The mind is the master of our thoughts and body and if the mind is calm then surely the thought and thought process will also be smooth and calm as you rightly said. Yes, of course, the beautiful moments with loved ones are our happiness, and the times when all the thoughts, i.e. bad thoughts go away, are very beautiful for us. We want as long as we can be as happy as possible. Because there is more happiness in wanting less.

Best regards from @robin42
