What is Inflammation

Inflammation is a natural phenomenon that makes the body to response naturally to infection and injury. Inflammation gives the body a better health and also promote healing which is led by the activation of blood vessels and immune cells.

Least before I forget, let me quickly list out the types of Inflammation.
Types Of Inflammation
There are types of Inflammation which is
Acute & Chronic Inflammation
Acute Inflammation is a short term inflammation which can be cured speedily.
Unlike the chronic Inflammation which is a long term one and it is persistent.

What are the causes of inflammation

There are various ways that causes inflammation to the body, which are :

Infection:
This number one cause of inflammation occurs when the body is being exposed to bacterial and fungi.

Lack of exercise:
Inadequate exercise leads to inflammation, as moderate exercise strengthens the body, thereby preventing body inflammation.

Stress;
Over stressing the body cause inflammation when you're exposed to a lot of work, especially those working as a bricklayers and also officer who works in the office as this worsen health conditions.

Poor Diet:
Eating too much of processed food and sugary things must be reduced as it leads inflammation.

Trauma:
Trauma causes inflammation when the body is being exposed to surgery especially the pregnant women who can't conceived normally.

Environmental Toxins
Toxins such as pollution and pesticides triggers the body as it causes inflammation.

Genetics:
Inflammation is hereditary, which comes up through the family a person was born into as it causes inflammation.

Smoking:
Smoking dampens the heart which leads to inflammation.

Excessive Intake of Caffeine;
Frequent Of Caffeine leads to the malfunctioning of the nervous system as it causes inflammation.

Medications
Taking of drugs without the doctor's prescription result at inflammation

Prevention/ Treatment

Healthy Diets
Adequate sleep
Reduction Intake of alcohol
Staying hydrated
Moderate exercising
No Smoking
Avoidance of environmental toxins
Moderate taking of alcohol

Since chronic inflammation can provide the base of many serious, fatal diseases, in the preventive therapy to identify pathogens, viruses, bacteria inducing inflammation is crucial
