First of all, I would like to thank the #healthysteem community for starting this contest.

With what can we make a healthy day? How can we keep our everyday lives healthy?

We can live our lives healthy if we keep the habit of eating right and eat nutritious food

• MY DIET

Every morning I have to eat one banana or one glass of milk. Or sometimes I eat soaked wheat or soaked peanuts; this is my morning food.

I always like to eat whole foods like roti sabji and daal chaval.

THE MEDICINES OR VITAMINS I TAKE

I drink a spoonful of fruit medicine every morning on an empty stomach. Which is very nutritious for health and is a medicine for hunger.

Whenever I can't eat a banana, I always eat peanut butter and two pieces of bread. Peanut butter is very good for your health, and I like it very much.

THE WATER I DRANK

I drink only warm water because too much cold or hot water spoils my health. Light, hot water cures many diseases of the body; everyone should consume light, hot water.

THE EXERCISE I DID

Waking up early in the morning, I always go to my terrace for a walk. I do yoga every day. Our body always remains healthy and agile with yoga. The body's health, pain, or diseases are cured by yoga. Yoga is like a practice to share one's happiness or health.

WHAT DID I DO TO RELAX
The pain or tiredness I felt, etc.

I must have sat meditating for an hour in the evening to get rid of the fatigue of my pure day. It gives me so much peace and calm. My tiredness and problems will be fixed even after listening to songs.We cannot always get peace just by listening to songs, so it is better to meditate. When a man is in meditation, all the thoughts run through his mind, but the good thing is that he carefully observes them. I always believe in meditation.

Sometimes we like meeting and talking even with old friends.Always talking to my friends, everyone likes old memories and I am very happy to meet my friends.My friends are the secret to my real good health . We all need to make friends in life.Who accompanies us everywhere.

You said right meditation get rid of fatigue. But I am fond to go at gym where I spend almost one and half hour. Mediation and yoga is not hard like gym workout. But I appreciate you dear that in the era of busy you are taking care of yourself. Mediation and yoga is good 👍 for human life. I am glad to know that you don't eat medicine 💊💉 daily. Thanks for sharing your routine.

Yes your daily routine is very good its good to do yoga everyday and meditation. But you dont eat a medicine daily in a daily routine its not good for everyday.
