How are you all I hope everyone is well and healthy by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy with your prayers. So today I came to healthy steem community to participate in a wonderful contest with a healthy recipe. First of all thanks for organizing such a wonderful healthy recipe contest. So let's begin.

Today I am going to share with you the lau shak recipe for this contest. Healthy vegetables are available in every season but in winter season green vegetables are available in abundance almost everywhere. We should keep green vegetables as an item in our daily meals. Because to have good health we must eat healthy vegetables. Green leafy vegetables have a lot of vitamins or other nutritional properties that are very beneficial to our body. Nowadays doctors say to eat fresh green vegetables. It fills the lack of blood or different types of vitamins in our body.
Below is everything I need to make this recipe for cooking greens.

First, I cut the gourd greens and potatoes and wash them well. On the other hand, wash and cut the onion, garlic and green pepper.
Now put a pot in the oven and boil the potatoes and the cabbage together with a light heat. But add a little salt on the cabbage. When it is boiled, drain the water from the vegetables.
Now put a pot in the oven and heat the oil and put garlic in it. When the minced garlic turns light brown in color, I will add onions and green chillies to it. Now fry all the ingredients well in oil.
When the ingredients are fried, I will add the gourd greens and sprinkle some salt on top. Now shake it well until the greens are done.
When the vegetables are done, I will take them off the stove. My recipe for today's gourd vegetables is done.
Now I will take a selfie with my recipe.
I spent very little in this gourd vegetable recipe. My approximate total cost is 40 rupees with steam price 1.6. I am showing you this cost because this recipe cost very little to make but the quality of this recipe is huge. As far as I know this recipe has no harm or possibility of any harm to our health.
