What do you understand by bleeding gums?

Bleeding occurs in our mouth many times for various reasons. It is caused by various problems with teeth and gums. When it occurs, the gums of the teeth are often swollen, blood comes out from the gums, the teeth tingle, and the gum layer is removed from the teeth. It can move, gums can bleed continuously, bad breath can be created, and teeth can be loose. In this way, various mouth problems are created. If such a situation occurs, consult a dentist on an urgent basis.

Bleeding gums are a dreaded oral problem. This problem occurs due to various reasons. Common reasons for bleeding from the mouth are: -

• If the gums are sore due to some reason, bleeding happens from there.
• Periodontitis causes constant bleeding from the gums, gum recession, and tooth decay. It is a dangerous dental condition.
• Brushing the teeth with excessive force often injures the gums and bleeds due to damage to the gums.
• Vitamins are very necessary elements for us. Due to its lack, many times the teeth bleed. Especially we have to talk about vitamin C. Due to its lack, this problem is created in our teeth.
• Hormonal reasons also sometimes cause dental problems and bleeding.
• Blood thinners and many medications can cause blood clotting and bleeding.
• Inadequate brushing and flossing build up plaque and tartar and cause bleeding.
• Tobacco or smoking often plays a role in causing mouth bleeding.
• Diabetes and leukemia sometimes increase the chances of bleeding from teeth.
  There are also many other reasons why teeth bleed.

how can we reduce it .

Bleeding from teeth is a terribly painful problem. If it occurs, it is absolutely necessary to cure it or reduce the pain. All the methods that can be used to solve this problem are: -

• while brushing teeth
• Brush your teeth gently without pressing too hard.
• Brush your teeth at least twice a day.
• The toothbrush should be soft-bristled.
• Flossing daily can reduce the chance of bleeding.
• Using mouthwash helps to reduce plaque and prevent inflammation. Therefore, mouthwash should be used regularly.
• If you think you have a dental problem, this disease can be prevented by taking the advice of a specialist doctor quickly.
• If you think you have vitamin C deficiency, you can prevent this disease by taking vitamin C.
• Vitamins help in blood clotting. Therefore, it is very important to have balanced food in our diet. By consuming balanced food, we can solve dental problems.
• When we eat, the food particles stick to the crevices of the teeth, which creates problems later. Now if we drink enough water, the food particles are cleaned. This way, we can also stop the bleeding of the teeth.

Any natural remedy suggestion on your experience that reduce it.

There are many natural remedies for toothache, and bleeding from teeth, such as:-

• Salt treatment
• Aloe vera treatment
• Oil pulling treatment
• Turmeric paste treatment
• Green tea treatment
• Guava leaf treatment etc.
  I would choose salt among them.
  Salt has natural antibacterial properties which help in reducing or stopping tooth bleeding. Salt is an ingredient that is always available in our hands. We don't need any external treatment to get salt treatment. For this reason, I would suggest taking salt treatment as a natural ingredient.
