Monkeypox is a viral disease. This disease is caused by monkeypox virus. Initially, Monkeypox is spread from animals like rodents and primates. It belongs to Orthopoxvirus. The same family of viruses as the varicella virus that causes chicken pox.
Monkeypox is a genetic disease that is transmitted from one animal to another. The disease is also spread from person to person through infected sores, scrubs, or body fluids in the respiratory system or through contaminated footwear.

Monkeypox is an infectious disease. Symptoms of this disease can be seen in two ways in the early stages.
One is the initial stage and the final stage or swelling stage.

• Symptoms seen in the initial stage are: -
• having a fever
• Has a headache
• Muscle pain or myalgia occurs
• Back pain
• It is often cold.
• The body feels tired.
• The symptoms seen in the second stage or the rash stage are: -
• Development of rash- Rash usually occurs 1-3 days after fever. This rash appears in different ways. For example:
• Macules are flat red spots that appear on the skin.
• Vesicles—bumps filled with clear fluid
• Bumps – In this stage, the bumps are filled with pus
• Scabs - At this stage, the pus falls out from inside the skin.
• Distribution of rash: -The rash starts around the face and gradually spreads to the palms of the hands and soles of the feet.
• It also spreads and creates holes in the mouth and genitals, taking on a more monstrous shape.
• It can be so severe that it occurs in the thousands.

Monkeypox is an infectious disease that is transmitted by monkeys or rats. It requires treatment if it is infected. But there is no specific treatment. However, this disease is curable.
Although there is no specific treatment for mocking pox, the disease can be cured by taking some antiviral medications and taking good care as advised by the doctor. If this disease occurs, the treatments that can be taken are: -
Acetaminophen or Iprofen can be used for fever.
Adequate fluid intake should occur if dehydration occurs.
Topical antiseptics can be used to prevent infection of skin holes
Soothing lotions can be used if itching occurs.
A smallpox drug called tecovirimat is particularly beneficial for monkeypox. We can use it.
We can reduce the spread of the disease by isolating infected patients until they recover.
We can use these methods to cure monkeypox if it occurs. But of course, we have to take any medical treatment according to the advice of a specialist doctor on this disease. Then we can cure this disease
