There are many important organs in our body, including teeth. We should take care of our teeth regularly. A person's personality depends a lot on dental care. It is often possible to tell by observing the condition of the teeth what kind of taste a person has. Because a person with taste will never neglect his teeth, bad breath will not come out of his mouth. That is why we have to take care of our teeth regularly.
- I also take care of my teeth all the time. I brush my teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, and I make sure the brush reaches all the places of the teeth. This removes the food particlesfluoride-basedcteria accumulated in the gaps between the teeth and makes the mouth fresh. Then, if I talk to a person, I do not feel embarrassed, and the person I am talking to does not feel uncomfortable either.
- There are some areas of my teeth that a toothbrush cannot reach or can only reach a limited extent, so I floss at least once a day.
- After brushing, I use an alcohol-free fluoride-based mouthwash to remove any remaining debris and provide additional cavity protection.
- To take care of my teeth, I avoid foods that are harmful to my teeth. I avoid sugar or sweets, especially on special occasions. And if I have to eat sweets, I eat them lightly and in small quantities.
- I change the toothbrush I use every 3 months. Again, I change the brush when the bristles are already worn out.
- I know that teeth are a very important part of the body. If you neglect them a little, there is a possibility of bad breath. Then people have to face shame.
- Even after doing so much, sometimes minor problems can occur in the teeth. Such as swollen gums, and toothache. During these times, I gargle with salt and water at home as a first aid. Although this is a home method, it is very effective in relieving toothache.
