how are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today is 04-10-24 and the day of friday.Health is a precious resource. We constantly make various efforts to maintain good health. We exercise, try to live according to the advice of expert doctors, and always try to eat healthy food. To maintain good health, eating healthy food is absolutely necessary. Below are some of the foods and drinks I took to maintain my good health on 04-10-24.

Morning time: -
Matha: -
The main ingredient in matha preparation is milk. Matha is made by combining milk with some curd. We all know that milk is a highly nutritious food. It contains: -
- Protein for muscle building.
- 3.5% fat to provide energy.
- It contains carbohydrates that generate energy in the body.
- Calcium for strong bones and strong teeth
- Vitamin D boosts immunity.
Matha prepared with all these nutrients keeps the body strong and fresh. I drink a glass of matcha in the morning.
Flour bread: -
I eat 2 flour breads daily. Flour is made from wheat. Wheat is also a nutrient-rich food like wheat. Wheat contains: -
- Carbohydrates are what give us energy.
- Wheat is high in dietary fiber. It aids digestion, regulates blood sugar levels, and helps lower cholesterol levels.
- Wheat contains a moderate amount of protein.
- Wheat contains thiamine or vitamin B1 which is important for metabolism. Wheat contains vitamin B3, which supports skin health and helps in energy production.
- It also contains riboflavin, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, etc. Bread made with all these nutrients plays a special role in maintaining my good health.
Amalaki:-
A very nutritious fruit. In a general ratio, it is said that the amount of vitamin C found in amlaki should be eaten in eight oranges to get the same amount of vitamin C in an orange. From this general calculation, it can be estimated how many nutrients are carried in this orange.
It also helps in improving skin health.
- It acts as an antioxidant.
- This fruit contains fiber which helps in digestion.
- Amalaki is a source of iron, which helps in the formation of red blood cells.
- It contains calcium which helps in bone health and strong teeth.
- It also contains phosphorus, tannin, amino acids, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Each of its components plays a special role in protecting our health.
Noon time: -
Chicken Roast with Pollau:-
- Chicken is a nutritious and delicious food. A great source of protein is chicken.
- Chicken contains various types of vitamins such as -vitamin B6, B3, B12, and vitamin D. These help our body in various ways in the formation of red blood cells, digestion, skin health, and physical health.
- Polao rice or rice is a favorite of many of us. It contains a large amount of carbohydrates which are a source of energy for us.
- Rice contains protein which helps our muscle growth, and tissue repair.
- Rice contains fiber which facilitates digestion.
- It has more variety of Vitamins that help maintain energy sources, skin health, and brain function.
- There are also various ingredients including minerals, fat, calories, and antioxidants.
Evening time: -
Banana: -
Banana is a nutritious fruit. It contains a lot of elements that maintain the good health of the body. Like: -
- Bananas contain carbohydrates that give us energy.
- Bananas are loved by all as a delicious snack.
- Bananas contain fiber that makes our digestion easier.
- Bananas contain Vitamin C which boosts our immunity and helps heal wounds.
- Potassium – Potassium present in bananas heand lps in maintaining normal blood pressure.
- Bananas also contain antioxidants, fat, protein, calories. These are essential elements for our good health.
Night time:-
Medication:-
No one wants medicine to be on our food list. Still, we have to take medicine many times to maintain the health of the body. Due to my allergy problem, I have to use this ointment every night.
