The name of the Contest is "My favourite dry fruit for brain 🧠 health". Thank you Healthy Steem for bringing this beautiful contest to us.

The most important organ of the body is the brain. The brain is the center of the body or it is also called the driving force of the body.
If the brain is healthy, both the body and the mind will be healthy. Therefore, keeping the brain healthy is a very important task. For the health of the brain, we constantly eat different types of food. Among them, there are also dry fruits, which are important for the health of the brain.
There are different types of dry fruits for the health of the brain such as:-
- Raisins
- Dates
- Almonds
- Dried berries
- Hazelnuts etc.
- Walnuts
- Cashew nuts
- Pistachios
Out of these, I am briefly discussing three fruits.
Dates: -
Dates are a healthy fruit. This fruit is full of many nutrients. This dry fruit contains: -
- Dates contain antioxidants like clavulanic acid, carotenoids, and phenolic acids. These protect the brain cells from oxidative stress and various types of inflammation.
- Dates contain a compound that protects people from memory loss.
- Dates are a sweet dry fruit. They contain natural sugars, which quickly increase energy, as well as play a special role in creating attention.
- Dates contain vitamin B6, which helps to increase mood and brain function.
- Dates contain a lot of fiber, which is especially beneficial for brain health.
- Dates increase memory and increase the ability to learn something.
- Dates reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
- Dates also contain magnesium, which helps to reduce brain pressure.
Raisins: -
After drying grapes, its name changes to raisins. Grapes are a fruit rich in many nutrients. After drying, raisins gain more nutrients. And these raisins are especially beneficial for brain health. For example:-
- Raisins are a trace mineral boron, which helps to improve memory and increase attention.
- Raisins play an important role in increasing energy quickly.
- The fiber in raisins supports intestinal health and improves health.
- The magnesium and potassium in raisins play a special role in bringing mental peace to the brain.
- Raisins contain iron and copper which are especially important for the production of red blood cells. They ensure good blood circulation and ensure the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the brain.
- Chronic inflammation can damage brain function. The anti-inflammatory - compounds in raisins help protect the brain. They play a special role in improving brain function.
Cashews: -
Cashews are a nutritious nut that plays an effective role in brain health. For example: -
Cashews contain monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats that support brain cell formation.
Cashews contain magnesium that helps regulate neurotransmitters. It relaxes the nervous system and helps improve memory.
Cashews contain zinc that helps increase the brain's immunity.
Cashews contain vitamin B6, which is essential for the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. It plays an important role in keeping the mood cool.
The antioxidants in cashews help reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
Cashews contain a mixture of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates that are good for brain health, and maintain brain health.
Cashews also contain copper and iron, which help in the production of red blood cells and supply them to the brain.
Eating dry fruits is essential for the health of our brain. These fruits can be eaten directly or mixed with other foods. Considering the health of the brain, it is therefore an absolute must to consume these dry fruits at least in small amounts.
