Health is the key to all happiness. We do many things for health. Morning exercise, healthy food, doctor's, medicine, etc. Today I am presenting my health diary to you on the date of 12-01-24. I hope you will like my diary game.

- Bread: -
Every morning, I eat bread made of flour. Making bread today was impossible, so I bought bread from the restaurant.
Restaurant bread is usually fried with oil which is bad for health. So, I asked to make bread without oil.
At the time of breakfast
- Vegetables: -
For roti, I prefer butter dal and mixed vegetables. They are healthy and nutritious.

Every morning, I eat a boiled egg. We all know about the nutritional value of eggs. The yolk inside of it removes our lack of protein and the white part removes the lack of calcium.

At noon I eat rice. Rice is the main food of our country. Rice fulfills the carbohydrate needs of our body. However diabetic patients should eat rice as per the doctor's advice.

- Dal Bharta:-
Bharta made by boiling lentils and mixing them with raw chilies, onions, coriander leaves, and mustard oil is very tasty. Dal is a nutritious food.

- Fish curry: -
Fish is a non-vegetarian food. We get the necessary protein for our body from fish. Fish items made with a mixture of potatoes, tomatoes, and various spices meet the nutritional needs of the body and taste delicious food.

- Salad: -
The combination of cucumber, tomato, pepper, onion, and coriander leaves enhances the taste of the salad food. Cucumber helps reduce unwanted breakouts in the body. Tomato helps to compensate for vitamin C deficiency.

Rice is fried to make muri. Just eating muri reduces the problem of ACD to a great extent.
Muri contains carbohydrates, which is a necessary element for our body. Again, various dishes made with Muri make the time more popular. It is a well-known and popular food in our country.
- Pitha:-
Now winter is going on. And winter means the pitha festival. Every house makes different types of pitha. Like today I play chitai pitha.
Chiti pitha is made from rice. So we get carbohydrates from it. The pitha that I ate today had a mixture of date jaggery and milk along with the pitha. Milk is a very nutritious food. When a new food is prepared by combining all the items, the taste is amazing.On the one hand, the nutritional needs of the body are met, and on the other hand, an unusual food is tasted.

- Medicine: -
I have to take some medicine every day at night. Because I have to do desk work for a long time, for that my back hurts. Therefore, I take calcium medicine with ACDT medicine every night. The medicine has to be mixed with a glass of water.
- Milk: -
I drink a glass of milk every night for my health. We all know that milk is a very nutritious food. It contains a lot of protein, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin A, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc. As a result, milk keeps our body structure well.
