∞🔸∞Health is the key to all happiness. Good health is a sign of well-being. The world is very happy for a healthy person. So, we have to constantly strive to stay healthy. Food selection is very important for this health. I try to keep the food healthy as much as I can. But due to environmental conditions, it is difficult to follow it all the time. Efforts continue to emphasize healthy foods.

Today I am presenting to you the food that I ate according to the health rules of Friday 26-01-24. I hope you will like my health diary.

Morning time: -
  • Bread: -
    I usually eat flour bread in the morning. Flour bread is especially beneficial for obese people. Bread helps to reduce their excess fat.

Bread is the main food of diabetic patients. However, it must be baked as per the advice of a specialist doctor. It contains carbohydrates, fiber, protein, minerals etc.

  • Vegetable Fry: -
    For bread, I have chosen. Mixed vegetables with potato fry. To make this fry I need a potato, tomato, carrot, soybean oil, green pepper, onion, coriander, and yellow chili powder.

This is a healthy dish. Each ingredient in this fry contains some or the other essential for health. And it is relatively easy to prepare.

  • Plums: -
    The season of plums is going on in our country. Plums are very tasty to eat. Plums are very healthy with some sour and some sweet combinations.

It contains a lot of vitamin C. It is easily digestible. A lot of healthy fiber is found in plums. It contains minerals and antioxidants that help us maintain good health.

Noon time: -
  • Rice: -
    The main food in our country is rice. We eat rice twice a day. Nothing else but rice fills us with food.
    Rice is a carbohydrate food. Apart from this, it contains protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc. Due to its low-fat content, our body gets adjusted. However, those who have diabetes should eat rice as per doctor's advice

  • Chicken: -
    As far as I know, no one can be found who doesn't like chicken. It is possible to make tasty food on any budget with chicken. Today I am having chicken meat. Potato, chicken, tomato, and combination items are very tasty and also have a lot of nutrients. It solves our lack of protein. In addition, it contains vitamins, minerals, etc. Chicken meat is very beneficial for our bodies due to its low fat content.

  • Vegetables:-
    Vegetables are called vitamin factories. Vegetables contain a lot of vitamins. So we need to have vegetables in our daily food list. I think about my health and I keep some kind of vegetables every day. Even today, vegetables are included in my food list.

  • Salat: -
    The combination of cucumber, tomato, onion, and pepper enhances the taste of the salad food.
    It also has nutritional value. Cucumber helps to reduce body fat. Tomato removes the lack of vitamin C. Regular consumption of cucumber reduces body fat and keeps the body healthy.

Afternoon time: -
  • Mixed Muri:-
    Today I ate Muri mixed in the afternoon. To make Muri mixed I needed Muri, fried chickpeas, piyaju, potato chop, tomato, raw chili, mustard oil lemon etc. Muri mixed is comparable to an afternoon snack.

Night time: -
  • Dal: -
    At night time I also eat chicken meat. With meat I take daal. Daal is a delicious food. It is eaten with rice. This daal is more popular as the last item of the meal. It has many nutritional values. Daal contains protein, fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, etc. Lentils are a low-fat food. Lentils are very effective for those who want to reduce flatulence.

  • Medicine:-
    I often have to take medicine at night. I have not taken any medicine for a few days now. I am not having any problem with it.
    I have noticed that if you do everything according to the health rules, the body is good and no additional medicine is needed.

Among all the food listed I think I'm attracted to that chicken like you said there's nobody that doesn't like chicken.
