Contest: "Healthy prevention during the winter season"

I start with the Paak name of Allah Almighty.

🔵What can be done to avoid being sick, what are the tips to follow so as you can be safe and have a healthy winter.

In winter season we should make precautions for every age person, specially cgildern. We should adopt some simple measurements to live safe and healthy.
Wash our Hands
We should especially after touching our face, coughing or sneezing, or after being in public, wash our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

Covered our mouth and nose
We should cover our mouth and nose with a tissue, Clean cloth or the inside of our elbow when we cough or sneeze.
Sanitize and Clean
We should make sure that commonly touched areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected surfaces, like door handle, light switches, and our phone.
Stay at Home When Sick Remaining at home when we sick is the good way to avoid the spread of
germs to other people.
Eat Well and Regular Exercise Eating well and getting regular exercise will make strong our immune system,easier for our body to fight against illnesses.

Proper Sleep
If we want to live healthy we should support our body's healing and strength, make sure our enough
sleep.

🔵What are the Healthy Diet, drugs or Food that is been required during winter ( local or artificial)

In order to maintain our immune system and general health during the winter it is important to concentrate on eating a well-balanced and nourishing diet. Some I mentioned following:

Foods High in Vitamin C
In winter our body needs to Vitamin C more. So we use such food which is enrich with vitamin C like strawberries, and citrus fruits (grapefruits, oranges, and lemons). It is well known that vitamin C make strong the immune system.
To obtain vitamins and antioxidants, eat different vegetables, like carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and kale.
Lean Proteins
We should use lean protien things in winter like fish, fowl, beans and lentils. Protein is necessary for healthy muscles and immune system.
Use dry fruit
In winter our body needs warm, so we have to eat dry fruit daily in few quantity like almond, peanut, chalgoza, nuts and a boiled egg.
Healthy Fats
We should keep in mind healthy fats include foods high in unsaturated fats, such olive oil, almonds, seeds, and avocados. These fats can make us feel full and are beneficial to the health of our brain.
Probiotics
To live healthy and strengthen our immune system, eat foods high in probiotics, such as yogurt, kefir, and fermented foods.

Warm Drinks
If we live warm in winter we sip warm liquids, such as herbal teas. Teas infused with ginger.

🔵What kind of clothes is needed during winter

In winter season we should use warm cloths, so that we may away from colness. In winter following cloths should be uesd to avoid winter problems.
Hat
Wearing a hat helps maintain warmth since the head loses a lot of
body heat.
Hand protection
We should wear wool gloves in winter. Since it hold fingers together and keep warm.
Cover Neck
We must use neck gaiter to avoid coldness. We can use a scarf to cover neck. In this way we away from differen disease which caused by winter.

Warm Boots
In winter boots can help to avoid cool air which caused coldness. To keep our feet dry and warm we choose warm shoes that are insulated.
Wool Socks
We should put on high quality socks which are made of wool or other similar materials.

🔵Mention the Health problem that is been trigger by winter.

Problems which are trigger by winter following:

Cold and Flu It is very common in winter we got flu and cold very soon. This common cold and the flu can spread more easily in chilly climates.
Respiratory problem We usually get this problem in winter. We should more careful in winter season.
Dry Skin
Our skin get dry in winter specially women and children. Cold, dry air, especially on the hands and face can cause dry and cracked skin.
Joint Pain
This season brings alot pain in joints sepecial in old age person. We should careful in this month.

Cough
The chances of cough incresad in cold season. We use anti cough syerup in this season.
