👉What is blood?

The word blood has been inherited from Germanic. It plays key role in our body. Blood is like a critical fluid which is travels whole in our body. It distribute oxygen and vital nutrients to different region regions. It helps in the removal of trash as well. I helps to maintain internal transportation system that delivers the stuff our body requires and eliminates that does not needed. There are some kinds of blood , Red, white and platelets make up blood, which is composed of these blood components floating in a fluid which is called plasma. It works like to a river that sustains life and keeps us well.

👉Why do we need blood?

The need blood for many reasons. It plays essential role in our body maintanance. We need blood for oxygen transplant. All of our body's cells receive oxygen from the lungs through the blood.
We need blood for nutrient delivery. Blood carries nutrients from our meals to different areas. These nutrients are the building blocks that our bodies need to develop, heal and continue to operate.
Blood is necessary fir waste removal. Carbon dioxide are transported by blood from cells to organs like the kidneys and lungs, where they are eliminated from the body.
It is also important for immune defense. White blood cells in the blood help to keep us healthy by protecting the body from illnesses.
We need blood in our body for platelets found in blood are for creating clots to control bleeding after injuries. This stops too much blood loss.

Blood is essential for temperature regulation. Blood contributes to the maintenance of a steady internal environment by dispersing heat throughout the body.

Mention the different functions of the blood.

Blood in our body main factor to alive and movements. If blood does not circulate in our body we cannot move even a single step. The some main functions of blood in our body are:

  • In body blood transport nutrients from our food to our cells and oxygen from the lungs to every part of the body which required. It moves waste materials to organs for elimination like kidneys.
  • Blood also works as protector. White blood cells in our blood function as little warriors, warding off pathogens to keep us healthy and free from infection.
  • Blood function is sewing. To halt the bleeding from cuts or injuries, blood clots develop. Little blood cell fragments called platelets are vital to this procedure.

  • Codification is also function of blood. It transfer heat evenly and away from parts of the body that are active, blood help in controlling body temperature. It also help in preserving the equilibrium of water and chemicals in
    our body.

We should eat a balanced diet that offers the nutrients required for blood production and general well being is essential to maintaining healthy blood. The following diet can help us for this purpose.

  • We should eat such diet which are contain in Iron. Hemoglobin, the protein in blood that provides oxygen, is made possible only by iron.Iron contain foods include tofu, beans, lentils, fish, chicken, red meat, fortified cereals, and dark leafy vegetables like spinach.
  • We should eat must food contain in Vitamin B9 and B12. High-B12 foods like dairy, meat, fish and eggs shoud eat.Foods contain in B9 like fruits, avocados, legumes, leafy greens should also eat.

  • Calcium is also important for healthy blood. Lemons, oranges,strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes, bell peppers and broccoli are foods high in vitamin C.
  • We should eat foods consist in copper for healthy blood. Blood production and iron metabolism both depend on copper.Nuts, seeds, whole grains, organ meats and dark chocolate are foods high in copper.
  • For healthy blood we use Vitamin K food.Leafy green vegetables and cabbage are foods high in vitamin K.

We should use protein foods. Blood synthesis and the general development of blood cells depend on protein. We should usedairy products, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds for this purpose.

  • Zinc is also play vital role in healthy blood. We can Zink from whole grains, dairy, nuts, seeds, legumes and meat.
