A strong immune system is consider to be helpful in combating against infections and diseases.I will try my best to convey my message how to boost your immune system.
Here are some arguments,
Maintain a balance diet |

In order to boost immune system by natural way we should consume such food items which have role in boosting immune system like citrus fruits,garlic,ginger and curd. More specifically if we take them in diet on regular basis than we don't need any supplement for immune system.
Stay hydrated |

Drinking plenty of water can flesh out metabolites and toxins from body.As a doctor I would recommend drinking lot of water because when less water intake allergic reaction takes place and this is immune disorder. This is most simple and common. So I would advise to drink plenty of water to boost your immune system.
Get enough sleep |

You should take enough sleep to prevent fake signals from nervous system. Nervous system and immune system are linked ,when the nervous system is disturbed at the same time immune system also.So for strengthening of immune system sleep is important.
Exercise regularly |

Exercise on regular basis like morning walk or jogging. This little activity is so beneficial that we can't imagine it's benefits but I will stay in topic this increase circulation, reduce stress and improves immune system.
Stress management |

Stress is responsible for most of complications. We should try to reduce stress and try to be normal. If stress is managed than we will free from many diseases.Try meditation , deep breathing and spend time in nature. This will helpful in reducing stress and improves immune system health.
Take hygiene measures |

Keep a close eye on hygienic conditions like washing of hands before and after meal.Keep personal living place clean and try to disinfect.
Vitamin D |

Vitamin D is helpful in improving our immunity. Take sun bath for this or take supplements of vitamin D.
Avoid drugs |

Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. These activities are involved in suppressing immune system.
Supplements for boosting immune system |

Take supplements like vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc to improve immune health. These are important in this regard.

Immune system is directly linked with our diet and social affairs. If we are taking good diet which contains all essential ingredients than we have food immune response. The second one is social interaction, if we have no worries from society than we have no stress,when we are stress free than we are disease free, the reason behind is strong immune system.
