Drinking pure water keeps us hydrate and there are many cool stuffs that help us to keep our facial and body skin hydrated. Hydration keep our skin healthy and save from signs of aging. If we carry unhealthy skin in our body then it can be dangerous for our future. Many body lotion and skin care creams help us to stay hydrate.
👉 What are common skincare mistakes to avoid?
Many of us have sensitive skin too which need extra care and treatment. Some prefer natural treatment and some prefer chemical and technology based new device treatment for skin. First of all using products that can damage our skin is the big mistake, we can consult a dermatologist to get the right prescription for skincare.
Using no sunscreen cream before going out to the sun. Applying excess chemical products, cheap products with low quality also responsible for skin damage.

Not only diet but also rest and sleep is also important for our skin health. Foods are the supplements that keep our skin healthy and glowing from inside. We should maintain a smart diet for our skin care. It's better if our dermatologist recommend a good diet chart to follow to get healthy skin.
👉 What are natural ways to maintain healthy skin?
There are huge natural hacks on skin care but I usually prefer clay masks, honey, lemon and many more ingredients to keep my skin healthy. We can have smart diet, proper sleep and healthy treatments on our skin. Eating fruits can help us on the diet for skin care.

Hola @shohana1 el cuidado de la piel importante mucho porque es nuestra carta de presentación, tener una buen alimentación, tomar mucha agua y utilizar cremas hidratantes nos ayuda estar en paz con nosotros, es decir protege nuestra piel al natural o con productos quimico pero vamos a cierta edad donde las vitaminas, crema son necesarios para nuestra piel.
