What are some bad habits that are hard to stop, and why is it tough to quit them?

Bad habits, I have suffered in my teenage years rs and it has really affected in a very serious manner on my scores and also on my performance in Academics I believe that these bad habits are the only reason of getting failures in one's life.

These reality checks from destiny comes to you to sense and to realise that you have developed a series of bad habit and now you need to change that series you developed. They are hard to stop. The first bad habit is

Lack of Discipline- When you will not be disciplined, your every work will be done in a random manner and out of the time zones which will affect another courses of your day. The biggest demerit is that nowadays people are spreading false thing.

I have seen that people are becoming influencers and they are becoming motivators. They give motivation as their main task and so much even they don't remain as much. Time to time they give enthusiastic speech and repeat one thing to bring that energy. The energy to work under these doses of motivation are slowly poisoning human beings.

You never feel motivation from innerself because you need to know the truth of your life. The fact that you can never remain motivated continuously with constant speed. Nobody can remain motivated for long time or demotivated for long time. Nobody on this earth can acquire that momentum of being motivated all the time 24 × 7 everyday. We should not run behind motivation and then performing in this manner will severely poison a human brain.

Developing the habit of not performing under normal hormone is spoiling one brain and his discipline. Giving an understanding that success comes when you are not motivated but when you acquires discipline. Your bad habit will disappear and change when you will be disciplined. The biggest problem in being discipline is you would have to overcome that frustration and sadness which you usually feel most of the times. You will be able to work and fight when your brain and heart doesn't support. Your mood shall soon start following your discipline .

Discipline is the destiny of your life. The more you will be disciplined, the more results you will see in your life. And the more things you will achieve in a very less time.

How can we tell if a habit is just a habit or if it's more like an addiction? And what can we do to break them?

The question is very interesting as it suggests how to recognise one's Habit. Whether it is a good habit or bad habit. The bad habit seems like when you couldn't control yourself and you pose even you know it's wrong.

You should keenly analyse your day and you should find out where the problem is. What is the reason of problem. I mean what is causing you to create problems in your life. After finding out, if you have realised that you need to change it and you are not strong enough to change it by yourself, then it means you have developed a bad habit.
When you can't control your feelings and your actions at a moment. You can't stop yourself even when you want to.

What are some challenges that people might face when trying to quit bad habits, and how can they overcome them?

I think the major two challenges which a person faces to quit bad habit. The thing is he acts out of sense of temporary pleasure. The first thing is that he should have desire to not do and to feel guilty about it.

The second is to overcome the frustration of discipline. If you put discipline in it, eventually you will get rid of that habit. And destiny will give you chance to welcome goodness of your life.

How can we support and encourage others to quit their bad habits without being judgmental or pushy?

I think only way to encourage others to quit their bad habits without being judgemental is to tell them the consequences of their bad habits in a very detailed manner. Loss of time and opportunities is loss of money.

They should realise the loss they are doing to themselves. They should make them understandable that those minute losses and habits sum up to give you Worst life.
