Of course, I think that human stress harms our health. Due to human stress, many problems can occur in the body, and various diseases can occur. Due to human stress, many issues are seen in the human brain. Many people have brain strokes. As a result of human pressure, many suffer from high pressure, resulting in a high possibility of stroke.
Moreover, due to this human pressure, there are many harmful effects on the kidneys, as a result of which many people have to risk death. Moreover, many people start taking dangerous drugs, which leads to terrible results. Human pressure has many adverse effects on people's lives.

Do you lead a stress-free work or daily life? Explain

I don't think anyone can complete their daily tasks without stress, and since I live in a joint family and have two kids, I definitely can't do any work without stress. As for men, any work outside the home. In the case of human pressure, there is also the pressure of women's position inside the farmhouse, for example, whether all the chores are going well or not, whether everything is needed for cooking, whether everything is in order or not, starting from feeding the children, sending them to school. Bringing from school, coming home, doing all the household chores properly and caring for my mother-in-law, every work has a human pressure effect. So it is impossible to do any work without human pressure in our daily work.

When I am apprehensive or stressed, I go to my parents. My parents spend time with my sisters, and I share my problems with my family. My anxiety is reduced, and I spend most of my time with my sisters and talk to them. Going out together relieves a lot of human stress, my anxiety disappears, I feel so cheerful and alive when I'm with them, and my parents are a place of peace that calms my mind. Also, I like to listen to music when I'm feeling terrible, I'm very stressed, and I also want to listen to music when I'm alone. I spend some time alone. It helps me to clear my mind for a while.

There are many situations in people's lives when people are under a lot of pressure, and in my life, there were many situations where I faced human pressure. That is when my mother suddenly fell ill when I heard that 70% of my mother's kidneys were destroyed. Hearing that, due to stress, I went after too much human pressure because I couldn't imagine without my mother. I could not bear everything in the world, but I couldn't accept my parents' illness. Alhamdulillah, my mother is now under the doctor's care.
