Hello my dear friends, How are you? I hope all of you will be fine and all will be happy by the grace of Allah. Today am here to participate in the healthy steem community contest that is organized by it's moderator. Now am going to talking about the fatigue and tiredness.
How to combat fatigue?
It is not easy to combat with fatigue and tiredness. Because combating fatigue requires a multi-faceted approaches that incorporates the lifestyle changes, ourself-care practices, and some stress management techniques. Such as we have need to make some lifestyle changes to establish a consistent sleep schedule & go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, Improve sleep quality and create a sleep-conducive environment and try relaxation techniques like deep breathing or meditation.
Which activity makes you more tired?
Well there are a lot of activities that can make us feel more tired and the travelling is the one of that's make me more tired because i have to travel daily for going to university and then i travel comeback tp home from university that's cause travel make tiredness. And then my mental work make me more tired and engaging in mentally such as problem-solving, data analysis, or studying is draining and fatigue me much. I have to wake up early morning because i have goes to university that's cause i don't sleep proper and feel tired at the end of day.
When you sleep, do you wake up energized or tired?
Yes it's depends on my sleeping time that how much time i had sleeping. If i sleep for a short time and wake up early so, i feel fatigue and don't feel good and fresh. Same if i sleep for a long time and didn't wake up at the same time such as in the weekend i didn't get up early so then i have feel pain in my body and also feel fatigue. But if i sleep at the same time and wake up after the proper sleep, i wake up energized and feel fresh and peaceful.
What do you do to get rid of fatigue?
Yes i have some general tips and strategies to help combat fatigue and free from tiredness. These included the establishing a consistent sleep schedule, improving sleep quality, exercising & walking regularly, eating lite and balanced diet, drink water and staying hydrated, practicing stress-reducing techniques such as playing anti stress games, taking breaks and resting, and engaging in such activities that's i can enjoy.
How do you think fatigue affects our health?
Yes fatigue can have the significant effects on both physical and our mental health. Here there are some potential consequences of fatigue such as it can effect our physical health and can weakened & impair the immune system, making you more susceptible to illnesses. It can lead to muscle weakness, pain in our joint, and decreased the mobility between bones. It can cause of digestive issues and effect on pur stomach health.
