Myalgia is muscle pain. This muscle pain is medically called myalgia. As the age increases, the pain spreads to different parts of the body.

  • Myalgia pain can be caused by various reasons. A sudden injury can cause pain due to torn veins, broken bones, and muscle tension.

  • Muscle pain may occur during withdrawal due to a long-term illness or taking any medicine for a long time.

  • When there is swelling or inflammation anywhere in the body, it has a lot of effect on the muscles.

  • This pain can occur during pregnancy.

  • Not only as a side effect of injury, sprain, injury, or any other disease but also due to vitamin E, D, B12, calcium, and potassium deficiency in the body, muscle pain occurs.

  • Increased uric acid in the body can cause pain.

  • In addition to this, muscle cramps may occur due to muscle tension during exercise, usually even simple exercises cause muscle pain.

  • Muscle pain occurs even after orthopedic surgery.

How can we reduce it.

Below are some ways we can reduce the pain

  • For treatment it is important to know the patient's medical history as well as the type of pain. So you have to dig around the area to find the cause of the pain. For this, X-ray, MRI, etc. should be done as necessary.

  • Doctors usually do not prescribe painkillers. Muscle and nerve relaxants are given, and paracetamol can be taken if necessary.

  • Such pain should be completely bed rest.

  • Massaging the painful area with the ointment reduces the pain

  • Sufficient amount of vitamin food should be eaten, it will reduce the pain a lot

In my experience, the natural remedy suggestions that reduce this are as follows


🟧 Yellow

According to me first of all eating raw turmeric or applying it to a painful area can help you recover from the pain quickly. Turmeric contains an ingredient called Curcuma that will help relieve pain. Ayurveda also has many uses of turmeric as a pain reliever.


🟨 Ginger

Research shows that consuming ginger for 5 consecutive days can reduce muscle soreness caused by exercise and running, as various components of ginger can accelerate healing and reduce exercise-related inflammation.

🟩 Mint leaves

Mint can be said to be an effective leaf to reduce pain. The menthol content of this leaf is effective in boosting the body's immune system and at the same time, mint leaves work great to reduce bone and joint pain.


🟥 Hot water

Hot water compresses are very effective for muscle pain. Also, applying a little warm water on the painful area provides a lot of comfort and relieves the pain a little.
