How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Healthy Steem community

Do you exercise? Tell me what you do and how often, and if you have any kind of routine.
I do physical exercise. I will discuss how often I do the exercise.

Physical exercise I practice at home every day. I run home first to warm up my body. When the body warms up, I continue to do Thai exercises. In this way, I do the Thai exercise 50 times.

Then I do push-ups. I do 60 push-ups in 3 sets of 20 in each set. After doing push-ups I continue to exercise the arm muscles with dumbbells. Do 5 sets of 30 with dumbbells each time. This is how I exercise regularly.

How important is it for you to do some physical activity?
Yes, I need to do a lot of physical work. Physical exercise is very important not only for me but for every person. Because physical exercise keeps people healthy. Physical exercise is very important to free every human from diseases. So I also need to do physical exercise.

As I exercise in advance to maintain fitness. It increases my blood circulation and relieves many diseases. Sleeps well at night, relieves fatigue, and gives a lot of energy. So physical exercise is a daily routine in my life.

What benefits have you obtained from exercising?
I have benefited a lot from exercise. The biggest benefit is getting rid of laziness. I am healthy by exercising. Without exercise, I get many diseases. My body is balanced through exercise. Along with night sleep, the taste for food has come. Got rid of stomach gas.

Increased strength in the body. The body has muscles that look good. Body fat is reduced which is very comfortable for the body. The body has become lighter which is very important for the work. All in all, I feel healthy through exercise.

Do you exercise for health or to feel good?
I exercise for both health and comfort. Exercising improves health and brings relaxation. If you exercise, your body and mind will be good, and if your body and mind are good, you will also feel good about yourself. Exercise is very important for people to stay healthy. Exercising makes the mind feel good.

Human beauty increases through exercise. Every person wants to live well. Because exercise is necessary to stay healthy. And if you exercise, your mind will be good, so exercise and pleasure go hand in hand. Health is a blessing from Allah. Health and well-being can be found with exercise.
