The liver is an organ that contributes a lot to our body. However, this liver can store a lot of blood in our body. Besides, our food produces enough bile for better digestion and absorption of nutrients. A healthy liver makes our food easier to digest.
Also, our nutrients are easily absorbed. A healthy liver improves digestion. Also, the cholesterol in our blood is destroyed by the liver. A healthy liver produces glycogen and provides energy to our body. Maintains our body weight through a healthy liver.

The liver is a special organ of our body. Below are the things to do to keep this liver healthy.
- According to experts, the liver depends more on a nutritious diet to keep it healthy. Sekshetra garlic is a liver-healthy food that is consumed daily for liver health. Garlic contains antibiotic, anti-oxidant, and anti-fungal properties that produce a special enzyme from the liver. This enzyme helps in removing toxins from the body.
Raw turmeric, various fruits (papaya, apple, grapes), green leafy vegetables, soybeans, fiber-rich foods, amla juice, green tea, and coffee keep the liver healthy.
Sugary foods should be eaten less. And if you have a habit of drinking, it puts you at risk of liver damage. So it has to be abandoned.
Soft drinks, chocolate, ice cream, fried food, raw salt, butter-ghee, excess sugar, etc. should be avoided as much as possible.
Physical exercise should be done daily.
To keep the liver healthy, we need to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.

If the liver does not function, many health problems arise. First, the fat that floats with our blood tends to lodge in the liver and in the arteries and veins, which can lead to heart attacks and brain strokes.
Every day, the blood in our body will not be properly purified. And if not purified, the waste toxins enter the body and cause various diseases in our body.
If the liver does not function properly, diseases such as hepatitis B will develop and this will slowly lead to death.
Digestive power will be lost when eating something will take time to digest and will cause stomach irritation. And due to this loss of digestive power, it will affect the kidneys.
