👩‍⚕️ What is your opinion about intermittent fasting? Is it easier to lose our weight or not?

Intermittent fasting is a method by which one plays a role in leading a healthy lifestyle and maintaining weight control. This process has become popular now. Usually, many people use medicine for weight control, but this medicine has side effects, so intermittent fasting does not have any side effects. Intermittent fasting refers to the absence of food. However, what you eat throughout the day should include balanced food and vitamin-rich food.

Yes, I think it's easy to follow but all things in life are hard at first, it's normal. Although intermittent fasting is difficult at first, it becomes okay later. And if it is done according to routine then it will be better for health and will be able to observe intermittent fasting very well.

👩‍⚕️ Let us know, Are there any risks of trying intermittent fasting for people with certain health conditions?

We already know that intermittent fasting is good for health. It regulates weight and plays a special role in keeping us healthy. But this intermittent fasting is not for everyone. If someone is suffering from diabetes, kidney problems, heart problems, high blood pressure, anemia, and hormonal diseases, intermittent fasting is not suitable for them.

Usually, we do intermittent fasting where we eat on time and at a fixed time. Sometimes it has to be without food for a long time. It reduces insulin levels in diabetics, which makes people sick. If people with anemia don't eat properly, they will become more anemic and it can get worse. Intermittent fasting is not recommended for people with hormonal and heart problems. They are following a routine.

?👩‍⚕️ Let us know, is intermittent fasting a realistic way to stay healthy in the long term or not? Share your opinion.

Intermittent fasting is one way to keep our bodies healthy long-term. But apart from this, we have to adopt something else that helps us keep fit along with our intermittent fasting.

  • We need to sleep enough. Studies show that we need 7-8 hours of sleep every day. The body becomes weak if he does not sleep properly.

  • Drink more water. Every person should drink water but it is better to drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day.

  • Doing physical exercise or playing sports. Exercise is one of the ways to keep our body healthy. So we have to be active every day in exercise and play.

  • Foods rich in vitamins. In addition to a balanced diet, we should eat some sugary foods and we should eat all kinds of vegetables, fish, and meat, but the amount of sugary foods should.

I would like to invite my friends @shahid76 @max-pro and @robertorrivas to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996
