How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Healthy Steem community. This contest name is "Wk 44: The Diary Game and Your Health.

I have come to participate in a beautiful competition again. Through this competition, I can mention how we are regretted every day to keep our health.

I am healthy because I am aware of my health. So today I will try to mention some aspects of my health awareness through my diary game.

We are now going through competition every day for jobs or businesses, so I think that there are very few people who are aware of our health along with our income. Yes, I am suffering from this problem. But I always try to stay healthy and eat well.

I drink about 2-3 liters of pure water every day because it plays a big role in making our brain work the other name of water is life, so no animal can survive without water, but those who drink less water suffer from many problems, I am very aware of such diseases, so I always drink pure water and research has shown that drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning is more beneficial.

Exercise is the key to good health, doctors advise all kinds of exercises, as doing this not only keeps your health good but also gives you energy and reduces laziness at work. I exercise at home when I get time. I do not have a fixed time for this, I exercise in the morning and at night as much as I can to maintain my good health. So I do exercises at home starting from pushups to dumbbells.

We need to take all kinds of vitamins for our body. However, our food table does not have all kinds of vitamins every day, so there is a need for some vitamins. However, in developed countries, all kinds of vitamins are present in the food list. Since our country does not have all kinds of vitamins on the food table and we also need many vitamins for hard work every day, in that case, I take these vitamins as a multivitamin at night. These vitamins include A-Z vitamins. I am taking this after consulting a doctor.

A big aspect of good health is food. We often push our health towards bad health by eating fast food. But I always try to eat healthy food, for this, I made chickpeas and ate them. Chickpeas contain a lot of calcium and iron, which gives me a lot of energy. I put lemon water in the chickpeas so that the fat in my body comes out easily. I ate this food as an evening snack. This is one of my favorite foods.
